The environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! The experience is really extraordinary, the chrysanthemum tea is brewed properly. The room supplies are also carefully thought of, and I think I will bring my family to check them out again.

The hotel environment is great, clean and tidy, and the facilities are excellent. There's even a tennis court and a large lawn. The rooms are spacious with private hot spring baths, which is very convenient, offering multi-mineral spring water. It's also very close to Mount Taibai, making it ideal for hiking.

We are touring cyclists from England, and don’t speak Mandarin. The staff were so kind and welcoming, with special thanks to the lady boss at reception who kindly allowed us to store our bicycles inside and was very gracious from check-in to check-out. Excellent room, spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast too. Many thanks !

Everything is new, started operation 2023. Bed was very comfortable, clean, room service was excellent. Within walking distance to entrance of tai bai shan. Good for family.

The service was excellent, and every employee was even more friendly. The room was clean, the hot spring water was fresh, and the facilities were all new and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, the value for money was excellent!

Room was spacious. The receptionist is very helpful even though they are not understand english well, but they are very helpful. They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended.

If you want to enjoy Chinese local life this will the best place. Smoking smell is still a problem but you will get to use it. No foreigner coming here so do not expect English bit the staff are still nice. Close to the hotel there is no chill out place such a a decent cofffee place !

I took my family and kids out for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was surprisingly fantastic. It's a perfect hot spring hotel for a weekend of relaxation and recharge. The service was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The pools are small, but large enough for the whole family. The kids played by the pool, and the staff were attentive and kept an eye on them. It was super nice! Oh, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fried noodles! Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the experience was fantastic!
