住這個酒店因地理位置比較方便！每次來寶雞基本都會選擇住這裏！這次住了三晚又沒休息好！前兩晚上廁所反味燈也關掉！因為電線有接觸不實！我想將就一下就回了！因為事沒辦完又續住一晚！這一晚上廁所反味簡直了住的太痛苦了！半夜找工作人員想辦法關燈！弄了至少五分鐘關掉了！再開還是會關不掉！我晚上沒在開燈！沒休息好心情很糟糕！

當天晚上11點入住，辦入住時前台態度沒有任何標準，到達房間房間温度低的難以想象，需要用浴巾裹着腳睡覺，折騰到晚上2點，也沒有一個能出面解決問題的人出面，一直等到早上，被凍醒，然後去醫院…真的很無語。

為了參加朋友婚禮接親，特意訂了酒店，跟媳婦進去後，一整個黴味，真的是刺鼻的那種，呼吸着蹌的人咳嗽，不知道是啥時候的通風系統，開了以後聲音老大，但是温度卻降不下來，本來想着忍一下就好了，結果從晚上10點到凌晨2點多，愣是睡不着，打開窗户温度也降不下來，實在受不了了，給客服打電話，結果發現座機是壞的！！百度查電話，然後聯繫上來看了下，直接説給我們換個房子，行，自己搬各種東西，搬完後，服務員還特別把兩瓶礦泉水拿到了之前的房子裏，我他麼那會腦子已經不清醒了，就想着要趕緊睡覺！換個房子後是涼快了些，但是新問題又來了，床頭燈關不掉，他麼的開關壞了，又打電話，服務員上來不知道咋弄的整好了，至此，終於可以安心睡覺了，一看時間馬上3點了！！！從頭到尾，酒店沒有過一句道歉，我衹想説垃圾！商務出差大床房，170塊錢，垃圾到家了！以後要再住這個酒店的房子，大家往我臉上吐口水。

酒店位置非常優越，停車方便，在鬧市區，鬧中取靜中，房間乾淨衞生，明亮温暖，被褥、枕頭、毛巾都非常趕緊，特別適合自駕遊的朋友們攜子入住。進入酒店，登記辦理手續過程，受到了熱情友好的接待，吧枱幾位小姐姐態度和藹、 面帶微笑，認真地履行每一項工作，顯得非常專業且熟練，我們一行五人年齡都比較大，長途旅行，行動有些疲乏，服務員們及時、專業的安排我們入住，指導晚餐用餐和地點等等。賓至如歸，我們感覺到了家一般的温暖，早上又給我們贈送了牛奶🥛、麪包🥯，非常感謝酒店的温馨服務與關愛，一次美好的住宿，帶給了一天的開心，一路走來，住在嘉隆酒店的感受是最值得回憶的温暖！疫情之後各行各業都在積極回覆工作、恢復狀態，嘉隆酒店是最快調整到正常狀態的酒店之一，看得出來，酒店的管理水平非常高，人員配備也齊整、完備，相信酒店的明天更美好，酒店擁有幾位非常敬業、有愛心的好員工。

評論來晚了，但必須好評，這家酒店距離火車站不到五分鐘，房間採光特別好衞生乾淨，前台的服務人員很有責任心，前段時間退房走了手機忘帶手機，因帶行李不方便回去拿，大冷天還下雨前台小姐姐騎電瓶車跑了有兩公里多路程專門送了一趟，服務員滿臉是雨水看着很是不好意思也很感動，希望這種雷鋒精神能渲染更多的服務行業，以後來寶雞衹住嘉隆。

拋開其他的不説，最糟糕的就是到退房時間跟催命似的，一次又一次，燒水壺特別臟沒辦法用，買了一個便攜式燒水杯，正在給娃燒水準備路上沖奶粉的水，搞的我像超時了不付錢一樣，電話催，派人催，最終超時退房扣了30元，我以為催着要扣3000甚至更多怕我不付錢一樣！！再也不會入住了
