I arrived late in the evening and was touched by their gesture of providing complimentary 'goodnight congee' and yogurt. This level of care and consideration is truly outstanding.

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

You can take them away when you leave. The meals are also diverse and delicious. There are some salty and light tastes that need to be informed in advance! Another is the hope that needs improvement. The marinade of the hot pot can be changed frequently. The chicken is too humid. The sauce has some not crispy and affects the quality and taste... This overall experience is still very good. The holiday is very suitable and very comfortable.

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

The hotel is in the city center, the location is very good, downstairs is the commercial street, eating and shopping is very convenient. The room is large, well-equipped, clean and tidy, soundproof and quiet, and it is particularly comfortable to live! The lobby on the first floor is very good, parking is convenient, the front desk beauty service is warm and intimate, the check-in is super smooth, the overall experience is superb, highly recommended!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The tent was clean, with sun-dried bed sheets that smelled really fresh. The staff and owner were super friendly. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we communicated easily through WeChat translation. The food was fantastic, and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just a heads-up: there’s no shower room, and the toilet is in a common area, so it’s better for an overnight stay. The temperature drops at night and rises quickly in the morning when the sun comes up. The room stayed comfortable with a bed heater, but you'll need a jacket when you step outside at night. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay!

The hotel has two floors. The first floor has a living room, dining room, and one bedroom, with a courtyard where you can barbecue and soak in the hot spring. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. The appliances are all provided, and the hotel is very clean. The surrounding environment is also very nice. The butler service is excellent; they are always responsive to your needs. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
