"This time, I took a break from my busy schedule and brought my whole family to the mountains for a vacation. After carefully choosing among many options in Baoting, I finally settled on the Narada Resort & Spa. In terms of location and brand alone, it truly stands out. We booked a villa, and the buggies in the resort were always available on call, making getting around very convenient. The hardware facilities were impeccable. However, the stay experience was significantly diminished by the service details. The morning after check-in, at seven o'clock, a misdialed call from the front desk woke up my entire family. Afterward, the hotel acted as if nothing had happened. When I went to the front desk the next day to provide feedback, the staff's attitude was indifferent, and I didn't even receive a formal apology, which was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the environment at the breakfast buffet was terrible; it was noisy and chaotic, completely lacking the calm and comfort expected of a resort hotel. In conclusion, the hardware and natural environment at Narada are indeed excellent, but the service awareness and staff training clearly haven't kept up with the brand's standards. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and doesn't let its hardware advantages be overshadowed by a poor service experience."

"The location is excellent, right across from the Yanoda Tropical Rainforest Cultural Tourism Area, just a 10-minute walk away; there are many restaurants nearby, making dining convenient, and supermarkets and wet markets are also nearby, making shopping very convenient; there is free parking; the rooms are spacious, and the towels and bedding are clean and white; the staff are warm and attentive; there is a free washing machine and laundry detergent."

"The hotel is incredibly well-designed, looking sturdy and beautiful, with thoughtful landscaping. The rooms are fully equipped, and the butler, Awen, was very attentive. During our stay, it happened to be my child's birthday, and Awen specially prepared a pony gift for the child, who was very happy. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only downside is that there's no laundry room in the public areas, and the hotel doesn't offer laundry service, so I had to hand-wash my clothes every day 😂."

"Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the stunning design of the guesthouse—how it seamlessly blended aesthetics and comfort! Then, they even had a charging station for our electric vehicle! We were almost out of power when we arrived from Haikou, and we even found a charging station nearby, planning to charge it for an hour the next day. But there was one right in the guesthouse's parking lot! And the parking lot was huge and well-planned. Two delightful surprises upon arrival! The butler service was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and meticulous! Xiao Chen and Xiao Huang were both very nice; their smiles were infectious throughout the entire trip! We arrived close to midnight, and Xiao Chen had already prepared the hot spring water for us and thoughtfully arranged fruit and desserts by the hot spring pool. Xiao Huang noticed we were awake as we were drawing the curtains and kindly asked if we wanted breakfast prepared. When I mentioned wanting to take photos at the infinity pool on the fifth floor, she carefully helped me choose a swimsuit from the available items and beautifully wrapped my daughter's gift. She even escorted us to the parking lot when we left. In short, it's the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at in the entire country, bar none! I was so satisfied that I wrote this long review myself. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"
