The hotel was reasonably clean; not particularly new, but not old either. The hot springs and swimming pool seemed to be its main attractions, but I arrived late and didn't get to experience them.
The hotel lacked a laundry room, which was inconvenient given the abundance of water sports facilities in Baoting. I chose it because it was the closest decent hotel in Baoting County to Yanoda (excluding hotels within Yanoda itself).
Another thing to mention is that the hotel is located in a relatively isolated suburban area, resulting in a large number of very virulent mosquitoes in the parking lot. The hotel also charged a deposit of 300 yuan (or maybe 200 yuan), which is unusual these days. This negatively impacted the experience, as there were no valuables in the rooms, making them vulnerable to vandalism or theft. Using a deposit to restrain ordinary travelers, rather than those with ulterior motives, was inconvenient. However, the deposit refund was quick and efficient.
Overall, if you plan to visit Baoting, I recommend staying in Sanya. It's not worth the hassle of staying in Baoting; aside from Shenyu Island, there aren't many other suitable options.

Guest UserThe floor was filthy. As soon as I walked in, I saw dirt all over it. It looked like it had only been swept, not mopped. Not recommended for those with children. Barefoot was completely unacceptable. I guess because we pushed the beds together, the exposed floor looked even dirtier. However, when I opened the toilet lid, I saw a tissue stuck inside. It was really annoying. 😒
We booked a twin room, but there was only enough toilet paper and paper towels for one person. Perhaps everyone staying here drove, as parking was scarce and difficult to find!
One good thing about this place is that it's convenient for eating and drinking.
However, the room wasn't soundproof, and someone was playing music on the stereo late at night.
The room had a small window, but it faced someone else's window, and there were automatic curtains, which was a bit funny.
All in all, this is a good place for a solo stay.

Sangmei🌟 Core Highlights 1. Hot Spring Experience - A Healing Paradise in the Tropical Rainforest
Natural advantages: Directly connected to the Qixianling geothermal spring in Baoting, the water temperature is 93°C, and it contains fluorine-metasilicic acid-type medical hot mineral water, which has auxiliary therapeutic effects on arthritis and skin problems.
2. Recommended room types: Rainforest balcony room (180° mountain view + independent tea table), hot spring villa (with private pool and courtyard). Supporting activities - all-weather immersive vacation
3. Daytime activities: Rainforest hiking (1.5km wooden plank road exclusive to the hotel), Li brocade weaving experience (guided by intangible cultural heritage inheritors).
4. Health and wellness features: Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Center (pulse diagnosis and customized medicinal bath packages), morning Tai Chi (teaching by the hot spring pool).
5. Geographical location:
- 15km away from Baoting County, suitable for pure vacationers and very convenient for guests visiting the Rainforest Forest Park.
- There are many bends on mountain roads, so novice drivers need to be careful.
💰 Cost-effectiveness recommendations
- Best stay period:
April-June/September-November (avoid the summer family rush and high winter prices, room rates as low as 300-400 yuan/night including breakfast).
🎯 Suitable for people
Highly recommended: hot springs, honeymooners, small group building (20 people or less) There were cycling group members staying when we checked in
📌 Final Advice
If you are looking for a ”secluded” hot spring vacation, this hotel deserves 4.5 stars (out of 5 stars). It is recommended to combine it with a trip to Yanoda Rainforest or Betel Nut Valley to form a golden combination of ”2 nights in hotel + 1 day in scenic spot”. Please note that there is no elevator in Building 7 where I live, so people with mobility issues should not live there.
There were few people when we checked in, and the hotel breakfast was a meal

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Guest UserIt is a B&B opened in the village. It was supposed to be very beautiful when it first opened, but I feel that it was not well used and maintained in the later period. The edge of the swimming pool is a bit dirty, and the landscape facing the rice fields is full of weeds. There are... Some furniture is peeling and damaged. It can be repaired and the experience will be better. This is not a bad review, but a suggestion. If the details can be optimized, I think it will be a good place for leisure and entertainment. It is recommended that some cafes, small bars, and larger convenience stores be introduced into the village, so that you can really have fun without leaving home.

Booked before the New Year, high cost performance.
Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious.
It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.
