During your stay, if you encounter any problems, the staff will respond promptly and solve them properly. The hotel's room service is also excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the items are neatly placed.
The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is simple and elegant. The beds are comfortable and ensure a good sleep quality. The facilities in the room are complete, and the air conditioning, TV, kettle and other equipment are all running well. The bathroom is clean and smell-free, and the toiletries are of good quality.

MM316062****Because we booked two standard rooms and one single room, and didn't realize they weren't in the same area, our family ended up in two separate places, one up the mountain and one at the foot of the mountain. Luckily, they were both within the scenic area, making travel very convenient. The hotel provided shuttle service, and the breakfast was decent but very affordable. For just over 100 yuan, staying in a cabin in the woods with a courtyard, including breakfast and shuttle service within the scenic area, is already high value for money. The best part is that the hotel also includes entrance tickets – it's practically the king of value! 👍👍

GGuest UserValue for money king: This budget hotel is a godsend for students and budget travelers! For less than 100 yuan per person, you can get a clean and tidy room with sheets and blankets that smell of sunshine. Air conditioning and hot water are readily available. The location is super convenient; a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are also food streets and convenience stores nearby. The receptionist was friendly and patient, even helping to plan sightseeing routes. A comfortable and economical stay—I'll definitely come back!

Whether it was changing towels or other needs, they were all resolved quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at prices similar to those outside restaurants. The hotel was filled with flowers and plants, making it a great place for taking photos. There was also a physiotherapy center next door, where I had cupping done. The technique was very professional. Highly recommended! The hotel staff always greeted guests with a smile, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

LlhokaThe hotel is located in the center of the county town, which makes travel very convenient. There is a vegetable market next to it, so it is also very convenient for shopping. However, because the hotel rooms are not soundproof, they are very noisy early in the morning, affecting your rest. There is free parking. The room area is relatively large among hotels of the same grade. The disadvantage is that the hygiene is not very clean and there is water accumulation in the bathroom. The room given by the hotel front desk requires you to climb one flight of stairs to reach it. If you want to live on a floor with an elevator, you need to pay an additional 16 yuan. It is really speechless. It is not just about the 10 yuan, but the hotel actually wants to make money from this. Even if you check the price online, the difference is only 10 yuan. I really don’t know how to evaluate this matter.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, very quiet, the smart robot leads the way to the room, the room is quite standard, with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The hot spring has an outdoor public pool; there is also an indoor one, divided by men and women, and you need to register to enter; there is also a small pool in the guest room, where you can soak yourself. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties. Two tickets to the betel nut garden are also given when booking a room.

HhaqiojiI stay here two or three times a year and love the secluded indoor hot spring.
Facilities: It shares a hot spring outlet with the neighboring Nanmei Onsen, and the water quality is even better than in Japan. It's a bit dated due to its age, but it's very clean. The only drawback is the lack of a safe.
Cleanliness: Better than several of the larger hotels nearby.
Environment: A small hotel with a nice courtyard and outdoor hot spring. The pool is a bit small, so it's difficult to swim with three people.
Service: You need to drink plenty of water when soaking in the hot springs. Four small bottles of water were not enough, and they didn't provide refills when I asked for them. This is really inconvenient. Currently, no hotel has a limit on bottled water. This needs improvement.
Breakfast: We booked breakfast for 68 per person, but due to the low number of guests, the buffet was cancelled and two set menus were served. If you're staying here and paying for your meals, don't order breakfast. I also encountered this problem once at a hotel in Sanya.

TT5mattMixed review. Overall wasn't bad, but the listing/photos are misleading and I wouldn't have stayed here knowing the experience in advance.
Positives:
- Good service from staff
- Walking distance (10 mins) from Yanuo forest
- Short taxi (15 mins) to Binlang ethnic village
Negatives:
- Mold in shower + cockroach in hairdryer bag
- Photos and description misleading, we booked the Spring Bud Germination Double Bed Room but were told it doesn't come with a pool upon arrival so were 'upgraded' to the Autumn Rhyme pool, which also didn't come with a private pool as is listed (there is a shared pool available)
- Did not see any other guests during our stay, feels very remote and isolated
- Photos were slightly misleading; e.g., there is no private pool for the villas

Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious.
It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.
