GGuest UserThe service is efficient, the room is large, the ventilation is good, it is clean and sanitary, the quilt is soft and very comfortable to sleep on, the air conditioning is strong and quickly reaches the ideal temperature, the mobile phone signal is strong, free WiFi, and it is very convenient to eat and drink around. It's worth staying here. It's close to the city center. The front desk service is great. If you are not satisfied with the room, they will change it immediately. Great!

There was also a restaurant on-site, making dining easy and the food was delicious. There was also a massage place nearby, which was a great option after a long drive. The massage was very effective, and I felt much more comfortable afterward. I would definitely stay here again with my friends next time we come.

GGuest UserHighly, highly, highly recommend! What a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, and the outdoor terrace was absolutely fantastic. You can call the front desk from anywhere in the resort for an electric buggy pick-up, and they're super responsive. At 180, it came with 2 free tickets, making the room practically free. I was so impressed, I immediately booked another night. The evening bonfire party at the resort wasn't boring at all; we actually participated and interacted the whole time. All the amusement rides are like 'lite' versions, which is great and perfect for both old and young kids. You can buy an 88-yuan package for unlimited play for 3 days.

The environment is warm and elegant, clean and comfortable; the service is warm and thoughtful; the food is also delicious. Especially the natural hot spring springs, hidden in the rainforest secret, suitable for punching in! Lying in the pool, the warm hot spring water crossed from the body, immersive relaxation! I was a little hesitant to start looking at the platform evaluation... The practice proved that it is really good to experience it by yourself! Will go next time!

The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Positives: - Good service from staff - Walking distance (10 mins) from Yanuo forest - Short taxi (15 mins) to Binlang ethnic village Negatives: - Mold in shower + cockroach in hairdryer bag - Photos and description misleading, we booked the Spring Bud Germination Double Bed Room but were told it doesn't come with a pool upon arrival so were 'upgraded' to the Autumn Rhyme pool, which also didn't come with a private pool as is listed (there is a shared pool available) - Did not see any other guests during our stay, feels very remote and isolated - Photos were slightly misleading; e.g., there is no private pool for the villas

Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious. It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.
