When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Baoting hotel features parking on site. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"It is a B&B opened in the village. It was supposed to be very beautiful when it first opened, but I feel that it was not well used and maintained in the later period. The edge of the swimming pool is a bit dirty, and the landscape facing the rice fields is full of weeds. There are... Some furniture is peeling and damaged. It can be repaired and the experience will be better. This is not a bad review, but a suggestion. If the details can be optimized, I think it will be a good place for leisure and entertainment. It is recommended that some cafes, small bars, and larger convenience stores be introduced into the village, so that you can really have fun without leaving home."

SShengchengThe hotel was reasonably clean; not particularly new, but not old either. The hot springs and swimming pool seemed to be its main attractions, but I arrived late and didn't get to experience them.
The hotel lacked a laundry room, which was inconvenient given the abundance of water sports facilities in Baoting. I chose it because it was the closest decent hotel in Baoting County to Yanoda (excluding hotels within Yanoda itself).
Another thing to mention is that the hotel is located in a relatively isolated suburban area, resulting in a large number of very virulent mosquitoes in the parking lot. The hotel also charged a deposit of 300 yuan (or maybe 200 yuan), which is unusual these days. This negatively impacted the experience, as there were no valuables in the rooms, making them vulnerable to vandalism or theft. Using a deposit to restrain ordinary travelers, rather than those with ulterior motives, was inconvenient. However, the deposit refund was quick and efficient.
Overall, if you plan to visit Baoting, I recommend staying in Sanya. It's not worth the hassle of staying in Baoting; aside from Shenyu Island, there aren't many other suitable options.

GGuest UserThe room was large, clean, and private. The service was fantastic. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered. There was a dedicated butler. A sightseeing shuttle was available for transportation to the room, and it was easy to get one during off-peak hours. The breakfast noodles were especially delicious. The service at this hotel is truly excellent! The bathroom was a pleasure to use even when washing up in the morning.

If you are looking for a ”secluded” hot spring vacation, this hotel deserves 4.5 stars (out of 5 stars). It is recommended to combine it with a trip to Yanoda Rainforest or Betel Nut Valley to form a golden combination of ”2 nights in hotel + 1 day in scenic spot”. Please note that there is no elevator in Building 7 where I live, so people with mobility issues should not live there.

GGuest UserOne thing to say, although the overall situation is a bit old and there are not many types of breakfast, the advantage is that the environment is really good. I didn't feel it when I arrived at noon. I got up the next morning and had breakfast in the restaurant. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good. After taking a dip at night, take a dip again the next morning. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel is in the rain forest, there are not many mosquitoes, which is really rare! The attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic. The experience is still very good!

The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are very clean, the rooms are large, very transparent, and very cost-effective. There is a large bathtub on the balcony, which is very comfortable to take a bath. There is a swimming pool and a gym, so it’s good to exercise. The self-service hot pot is priced at 60 yuan per in-house guest. The dishes are fresh and the variety is rich, which is very affordable.

Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious.
It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.
