Good quality business hotel.
Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

酒店設施老，浴室下水都不太通敞，床頭灰塵慢慢，衞生間地面莫名的很多點點點，熱水不夠熱，提供的毛巾也不是很乾凈（建議不要使用）。半夜樓道里有喝多的大聲喧嘩竟然沒人管，早餐沒啥選，總之性價比很低。請謹慎選擇入住！

隔了7年再次入住，感覺設備確實有些老舊，新酒店頻頻新開，以前爆滿的情景恐怕也不易再現，但服務衞生都沒説的。特別感謝餐廳師傅：看到我們因為沒水果刀，拿着自己買的花萊柿找到餐廳，二話沒説，接了過去，貼心仔細洗了外皮，專業切分擺盤，讓我們拿回房間——心裏暖暖的！

設施：不能説非常老舊，但也是很舊的，同樣的價格，其他酒店已經上智能了，這個酒店還是很舊
衞生：一進屋子一股特別弄得燒皮帶的味道，焦焦的味道，讓我一度恐慌晚上會不會着火
環境：整體環境一般，酒店門頭晚上都沒有照明措施，連酒店名字都找不到，早上的早餐種類非常少，味道也很一般
服務：前台服務質量還算OK
