The hotel is as good, staff was friendly. The problem was availability of non-smoking rooms. And although I had sort of a non-smoking room, due to ventilation / air con I was bothered by smoking smell from nearby rooms

checkin takes forever, 4pm arrived and my room is not ready, hotel room key have to change few times in order to enter the lift. and worst is the staff enter my room without my consent even do not disturb sign is there. very bad experience. and also air con is not working in summer time. overall, nothing good for me to comment about this stay.

Great location, one of the best hotels in the city. Parking was easy underground and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a great view of the city and was incredibly clean. Overall; an excellent stay!

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.
