"I was very satisfied with my stay during the trip. The beautiful lady at the front desk was not only enthusiastic, but also patiently told us the attractions we wanted to visit and the local specialties. When we checked in, she upgraded the room for free because we had a child. The room was very large and comfortable. We were also given a fruit plate after we checked in. Free noodles were provided in the evening. To be honest, the noodle soup was delicious. Since we were traveling by car, we felt the convenience of booking a hotel in the city center. There were also many free parking spaces. Although it is an old hotel, it is very clean and the bedding is very white and new, so I feel more at ease staying there. It is recommended as the first choice for travel."

Currently, there's some road construction right outside, but the front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was great with a floor-to-ceiling window. I asked the room service staff and they told me not to tinker with it. If it breaks, I won’t fix it. 2. There is a service for late check-out until 4 o'clock. I started calling at 12 o'clock and was still urging until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I don't understand whether your hotel staff is specially trained. Also there are no luggage carts. This is still a four-star hotel, it doesn't have anything you want. It's really bad. 3. But it is worth commending the aunt in the guest room at around 3 o'clock, who is very dedicated."

"1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing."

"The service of Atour is beyond imagination! From the moment we walked in, the smile of the front desk manager made us feel warm. Knowing that we were with children, not only did they take the initiative to upgrade the quiet room type, but they also sent children's slippers and toiletries. We needed an extra quilt late at night, and within 5 minutes of putting down the phone, the waiter knocked on the door and delivered it. When I checked out, I left the charger behind, and Aunt Wang from the housekeeping department contacted me immediately and helped to send it back. This kind of meticulous care makes traveling as safe as going home. The environment is as clean and comfortable as ever, and the sleep quality is perfect. Highly recommended to all friends who pay attention to service details!"
