The authentic Inner Mongolian beef and lamb were tender and free of ***** taste, with hand-pulled lamb and freshly roasted lamb chops tasting truly authentic. For breakfast, the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products had an authentic flavor, and the hotpot for dinner featured fresh and ample ingredients. Chinese and Western hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and beverages were available in unlimited quantities throughout the day. The Shalian Hall also provided self-service snacks and drinks from day to night. Despite being in the dry desert, the food quality was consistently high, with timely replenishment of ingredients and stable flavors. Every meal was satisfying, and we didn't have to worry about finding food elsewhere. Thumbs up to them! 👍 The hotel's swimming pool is also quite good, and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. The location of this hotel is also fantastic. Front desk staff needs further training to deal with foreign visa holders Waking up to photos of foreign actresses staring at us first thing in the morning felt a bit strange.
