Outlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good. Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking. Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop. Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel. Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The hotel is easy to find, and the navigation system takes you directly to the parking lot. I called the front desk and was able to park for free there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was very clean and the disposable supplies were complete, making it a safe stay. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the value for money was excellent.

The hotel facilities are old; the bathroom drainage is not very efficient; the bedside table is covered in dust; the bathroom floor is inexplicably covered in dirt; the hot water is not hot enough; and the provided towels are not very clean (I suggest not using them). There were drunk people making loud noise in the hallway late at night, and no one seemed to care. Breakfast selection was limited. In short, the hotel is very poor value for money. Please choose this hotel with caution!

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

If you want to go to the grassland, don't hesitate to go to this place. The staff is very considerate and the scenic area is reasonably arranged. The food is very delicious. The RV accommodation experience is great. You can lie on the bed and watch the stars at night. The children's play area is very large, both indoors and outdoors. You can also experience Mongolian specialties, horseback riding, archery, and a bonfire party at night. The barbecue and fireworks are also given. 全五分，必須全五分，從來懶於評價，這次必須贊~ 一年飛行公里數40000+，酒店太重要,一個好覺，安靜且私密的環境非常重要，酒店有。 必須贊一下前台的帥哥經理，專業細緻但不囉嗦，服務人員響應極快。 應該是在內蒙各地住宿最舒服的一次~ 酒店設施齊全，健身房、泳池（忘帶泳褲）不大但乾淨，人少 房間居然給升級了，超級感謝。 另外：此酒店沒有一次性拖鞋，介意的朋友可以自帶拖鞋。空調有點不給力，室外15度，室內一直28度。 但全五分肯定是有了 還有一點，離開時滿房，所以預訂要提早 走的時候應該留個微信，下次訂房方便些~ 離包頭博物館很近，火車站估計2公里，地理位置超棒。

A really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
