Outlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good. Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking. Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop. Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel. Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

During the May Day holiday, I came to Inner Mongolia for a trip. I selected a hotel online. After looking at it for a while, I chose Atour. The final stay experience was very good. The blind box opening was very successful and the surrounding environment was also beautiful. In short, it was a good stay experience.

The staff were very kind and helpful, although they didn’t speak much English. The rooms and the whole structure were beautiful and very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is easy to find, and the navigation system takes you directly to the parking lot. I called the front desk and was able to park for free there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was very clean and the disposable supplies were complete, making it a safe stay. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the value for money was excellent.

The hotel facilities are old; the bathroom drainage is not very efficient; the bedside table is covered in dust; the bathroom floor is inexplicably covered in dirt; the hot water is not hot enough; and the provided towels are not very clean (I suggest not using them). There were drunk people making loud noise in the hallway late at night, and no one seemed to care. Breakfast selection was limited. In short, the hotel is very poor value for money. Please choose this hotel with caution!

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

If you want to go to the grassland, don't hesitate to go to this place. The staff is very considerate and the scenic area is reasonably arranged. The food is very delicious. The RV accommodation experience is great. You can lie on the bed and watch the stars at night. The children's play area is very large, both indoors and outdoors. You can also experience Mongolian specialties, horseback riding, archery, and a bonfire party at night. The barbecue and fireworks are also given. A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

A really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
