GGuest UserOutlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good.
Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking.
Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop.
Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel.
Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The bathroom has a perfect dry and wet separation, leaving virtually no water stains on the floor after a shower. The trash cans are odor-free, and the bags are replaced promptly. It's the details that make the difference; this hotel's attention to detail in sanitation significantly enhanced my stay!

The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. The welcome tea upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. The housekeeping staff were excellent, proactively greeting us and providing attentive service. It made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come again!

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

The service staff are also very professional and the service is very attentive. The breakfast is also very unique, with various varieties and excellent taste.

DDorothy CheongWe received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

GGuest UserA really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern.
Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

GGuest UserWe came to travel, Baotou's urban construction is very good, Steel Street is also very beautiful, the hotel is a landmark building in Qingshan, the service here is really good, the front desk lady helped us get the things we couldn't take upstairs, and also gave us 10 bottles of water, the environment is also good, clean, we can come often in the future
