Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. I haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. My partner and I chose the Donglin Lisha Hotel for our recent trip to Baotou, and the experience was fantastic! The room was fully smart-equipped, with voice-controlled lighting and curtains, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The Mengbaihe Zero Pressure Bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning without feeling tired at all. The cleanliness was impeccable, even the corners were spotless. The receptionist was also very attentive, proactively upgrading our room and even providing us with some snacks. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station, making getting around super easy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baotou, and I highly recommend it to couples!

The hotel manager, Mr Hu is very helpful and provides great and useful information. His service level is a 5 star!! As it is our first time to Inner Mongolia and that area, we need some support on the area as our hired driver is not very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the team at the front desk are not helpful and appeared impatient when we ask them anything. Their service level is below average and perhaps management need to give them some motivation to improve their service level.

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

The hotel has only been open for a few years, the bedding is comfortable and the room is clean. There is also a buffet breakfast on the third floor, with everything from steamed pork shaomai to mutton offal and milk tea.
