My three days at Xilamuren Star Campsite were honestly one of the highlights of my trip. Jiaohongjun, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I gor into the car with him. He also took the time to show me around the grasslands and answer all my questions along the way. The yurt was clean, very comfortable and in prestine condition. I really enjoyed my stay, the time we spend together and your hospitality. I would happily come back again!

The hotel is located deep in the grassland, with an endless expanse of grassland right in front of you. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and each has a private bathroom, which is very convenient. The owners, a husband and wife, are very welcoming. I suggest that friends who come here bring warm clothes. Highly recommended, this place is great!

I went to the front desk to check in, but the air conditioner was not turned on. I was sweating from the heat. They told me that the air cooler was on, but it made a sound like a tractor and it wasn't cool at all. Merchants, please be more careful. Small hotels all have air conditioners, but such a good hotel is wasted. Can your boss afford to open a hotel but not afford air conditioning? The hotel's soundproofing is also poor, the service is pretty good, the girl serving tea and water, it seemed like their manager even apologized to me, but I have to give this bad review. It was such a hot day, 37 degrees, and when I went in I only heard the roar of hauling garbage. I was speechless. I won't come back again. It's not a good experience.

On-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!

The room type is clean, the breakfast is full of local characteristics and very rich. The professionalism of the staff is very good, especially the two little girls who are ”Chen Cute” and ”Frustrated Persimmons Roll Out” on the WeChat account. They are very, very good. Five-star praise.

After rushing to Baotou, I accidentally discovered a treasure hotel that was not even on the list yet and made picky parents very satisfied! Such a hotel that pursues excellent quality, artistic sense and high-quality service concept at an approachable price must be shared and recommended! It's a pity that my photography skills are not good. I took a lot of photos but I couldn't capture the real texture. The reality is even more amazing than the photos~ The publicity and appearance of the hotel are too low-key. In fact, the rooms and hotel interiors are made of high-end materials from first-line brands, whether it is door cabinets, linens, toiletries or intelligent CNC, even corridors, stairs and fitness, reading and resting areas. District, they all perfectly integrate national art, fashion avant-garde and luxurious texture. Every design, color scheme and material is special to me. It’s amazing and makes people feel the investment, care and ingenuity of the boss and designers. My family and I watched and sighed all the way... At the same time, special thanks to the management team and service staff led by store manager Yao and the manager on duty for their attentive service. The elderly at home are not familiar with the hotel's technological products and their legs and feet are inconvenient. The management and service team took the trouble to go up and downstairs many times to provide services. After checking again and again, the family was deeply moved. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. The freshly made hand-pulled mutton and salty milk tea are authentic and delicious, offering exceptional value. For an immersive nomadic experience, this grassland accommodation is highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing reviews, nothing to say. The hotel customer service, Mr. Li who picked us up, and the rest of the hotel staff were all super nice. The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.
