"Vicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was very cold and the location was perfect! We did not have to drive at all during our stay in St Augustine. George St was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Would stay here again."

"The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I."

"This hotel(Comfort Suites maingate east) location is great ! Very close to Disney world . Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.
Breakfast is good enough. Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush ) .We are Pretty happy stay here this time And would like to stay here again if we come Orlando next time. Thank you all."

"There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel."

"The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The whole place was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very quiet atmosphere and affordable. Close to all theme parks. Everyone in the family felt like they could have their own space, and we even had a cute balcony. The master bedroom had a bath/jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again. I recommend it to anybody traveling in a large group and looking for a residential complex type of feel. "

GGuest UserThe price-performance ratio is not high. The hotel is not big. There are many internet celebrities. Although the room is clean, it is not perfect. The handle of the hair dryer is dirty and has foreign objects stuck on it. The hotel is characterized by providing branded toiletries, but I personally don't like the smell and don't think it is easy to use. There is no bus to Disney World, so you can only take a taxi. The room was cleaned without changing slippers. In short, the hotel is small, the reception is not very enthusiastic, and the overall consumption is high. If you don't consider the price, it is a good choice.

GGuest UserNice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

GGuest UserIn general, the hotel is a relatively old refurbished hotel with relatively new interior decoration, living in suites, suites inside and outside, large area, clean environment, with coffee makers, microwaves, small refrigerators and other common equipment in daily life No washing machine. A buffet breakfast is available at 6:30 in the morning on weekdays and 7:00 in the rest days. Breakfast is rich, Western-style breakfast, but can provide hot food and hot water, which is considered more intimate. There are few other facilities around the hotel. There is a Burger King and sever-eleven that can partially solve daily diet and life-related shopping needs. The hotel did not have a shuttle bus to the conference venue, but it is said to be closer to Disney.

MMark, UKHotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

YYINGXIANThe room was especially good and the suite was not only comfortable. The bathroom bathroom suite is separate. The kitchen is fully functional and the hotel's dining is also great. It is especially convenient to go straight down to the large floating range in the hotel lobby.

GGuest UserThe lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.
