"The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL).
Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance would be bliss and this would have a higher rating. But such lax security on what characters are coming into the hotel meant I couldn’t feel safe sleeping there with my young daughter so we left. I’ve stayed in other A&O hostels and think they great but don’t let ********** into the building please!"

##MoonLocation was very good, just beside the ”FlixBus” Station and near Antwerpen Central Train Station, Chinatown and old town, just about 10 minutes by walking. My room was new & clean and also had a very good view with Opera Antwerpen in opposite. Hotel was very new and clean. Services were very good. Breakfast was also very good.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, but the cleaning is very poor. They come by every time at a time when you are often in the room and then do not clean anything. They also refill the coffee/sugar/creamer poorly and you have to ask for this every time if you stay longer.
It is best to park nearby, since it is quite expensive to park there. You can easily stop in front of the hotel to load and unload stuff.

From the moment we arrived with our 5-year-old granddaughter, the service was top-notch-friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is located right across from the Antwerp Central Station offering maximum convenience. The family room was perfectly arranged and will absolutely be returning.

JJ TripThe location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly.
Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

GGuest UserSuper nice and trendy hotel located in one of Antwerp's most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods – Antwerp-South, right by a lovely park, parking garages, and amenities. With the tram right outside, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. The hotel itself is stylish and modern. Check-in is at the bar, where you immediately receive a delicious welcome cocktail. The hotel lounge is a chic bar with great music or a DJ, and a good menu for snacks, dinner, and drinks. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are modern, sleek, and functional, perfect for a weekend in Antwerp. The beds are comfortably firm, and the rooms are well-insulated. Definitely worth a visit!

TTheOnlyBugsThe location is only 5-10 minute walk from Antwerp Central train station and the walking path (sidewalk) was easy to roll our 3 large bags. I mention this because other EU cities have cobble stone walkways that makes it extremely difficult to pull your bags through the streets.
Our stay was with 3 adults so we had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed and main bed were very comfortable. The room was larger than expected compared to EU standard. I say this because EU hotel rooms typically are much smaller than North American hotel rooms.
The bathroom did not have a working lock. The door closed, but we could not lock it from inside. The lighting was poor in the bathroom.
Our room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which was clean.
We did not have breakfast there so I can not comment on the food selection and quality.

I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

TTopperUKThe hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage!
This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention!
The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.
