If you come to Ruoergai for the first time, you must stay here - Mushan Yingxue Hotel. The service here is as attentive as that of a five-star hotel. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, there will be a special butler to greet you. The hotel is right next to Ruoergai County, and you can see the beautiful grassland when you open the window. The hotel has rooms of different styles. We stayed in a parent-child room, which was very spacious and bright. It also had a small balcony where you could enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea and various activities such as horse riding and feeding marmots. In the evening, you can also go to the bonfire party outside the hotel, sing and dance with everyone, and spend an unforgettable night. In short, here you can enjoy the beauty of nature and feel the charm of ******* culture. Next time I come to Ruoergai, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

The front desk and the guest room were very nice. The front desk upgraded the sun room for free. We were injured when we went out and asked the front desk if there was any iodine. The front desk also actively gave it to us. The customer service staff was also very nice. The hotel lobby and the interior decoration of the room were very good. The attitude of the hotel staff and the decoration were of the level of a five-star hotel, which was pretty good. If there was anything wrong, the hotel's appearance was not grand enough, and the toilet in the room always flushed on the buttocks.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality I received from the staff—especially Ms. Hong Mei. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. Her genuine care and professionalism truly stood out and added a personal touch to my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay with top-notch service!

This is probably the newest and best hotel in Malcon. It was quite a surprise to encounter such facilities and conditions at the first stop in Tibet. It feels like a lot of thought has been put into the design of the entire hotel. Especially the lobby is very unique. The room furnishings are relatively simple, but very warm and clean, with many small details, and the bathroom also has a sense of design. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich. The service was also very enthusiastic, and a fruit plate was given as a gift, especially to the two staff numbers 6 and 31 at the front desk. The only thing is that it is not convenient to park at the door, so you can only get up from the underground garage.

Second time staying in the resort. Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude. They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep. Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

First time going to Mount Siguniang and stayed at this homestay. It is very spacious and comfortable. Our room is facing the Mountain View (slightly affected with the on-going constructions) otherwise it would be scenic. We were slightly having altitude sickness. The staff are very caring and even provided me with an oxygen machine on the next day knowing I’m still not feeling well. Their breakfast are very basic but good enough I guess. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

It is a log-style B&B with a small yard in front of the door. It is very clean and tidy, with complete equipment and facilities. The boss personally helps carry our luggage up and down. The boss lady gets up at 6 o'clock in the morning to prepare breakfast for us so that we can leave on time at 7 o'clock. I am very touched. , I will choose here next time I come to Ganzi.

Wow, best hotel of our trip in western Sichuan! It's inside the valley and everything was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, warm and exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. Food was great for dinner and breakfast. They have great coffee and other drinks as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Super recommended!

1. Loved the ******* unique decor / artworks of the hotel 2. Location is superb, very near Jiu Zhai Huang Long high speed rail station. We paid 20 yuan (2 pax) taxi fare from train station to hotel. Upon checking out, the hotel provided free shuttle using their hotel transport (mpv) to the nearby high speed rail station. 3. All staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The reception staff brought us some snacks after we checked in and resting in our room @5pm. 4. Dinner at hotel was very convenient and the recommended dishes are light to cure our high altitude sickness after visited Huang Long National Park. 5. The window view was a river and high speed rail track in the distance. Feeling relaxed and refreshing. 6. The room size is big and clean. 7. The hotel provides transport and tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huang Long scenic places.
