I want to praise this hotel. This is my second time in Zhangye. I like this city very much. The staff of this hotel is very enthusiastic. The room is decorated in a high-end way. The sanitation is very clean. The bedding is comfortable. There is a dry and wet partition. The toilet is smart. There is a refrigerator, a humidifier, and a ”Reader” magazine. The hotel upgraded the room type and sent a buffet breakfast, which was very delicious. I ate Zhangye's special beef rice and sauerkraut noodles. There are many varieties and they are delicious. There are also welcome fruits, yogurt, and snacks. It's just a burst of happiness. Friends who drive by themselves can park for free. There are many delicious restaurants around. It's highly recommended! There was a problem with the air conditioning in the room. The hotel front desk immediately asked the master to come and deal with it. He also sent us a fruit plate, which was very delicious. Thank you! I will stay here next time.

We had a fantastic stay which was made even better by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and had toiletries for kids. There are many amenities available and the toiletries given is definitely more then the other hotels. Bottled water are easily accessible in every floor which is a great idea. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The meals in the hotel are tasty with huge portions given. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is OK, not far from Zhangye West Station. The facilities are satisfactory. Breakfast is served at a cooperating restaurant outside on the first floor. The location is superb, it gives you quick access to the beautifully coloured mountains, but it is also a serene and quiet place. The owner is friendly and helpful, he gave us excellent advice on how to avoid the crowds and how to make the most of our visit to ZhangYe. We could rent two bikes to explore the area and cycle to Binggou. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. The staff is all very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful.
