Shenghua Culture International Hotel

After staying there, my family said it was bad, not very clean, and the website said breakfast was free for children, but when we arrived they said it was only for children under 1.2 meters tall, and my child is now 6 years old and over 1.2 meters tall.

I prefer to sleep naked. At 7 AM, the housekeeping staff swiped my card to open my room door. Afterwards, the hotel didn't offer any solutions. The most they offered after discussion was a refund of the room fee, with absolutely no willingness to compensate. They told me to call the police if I wanted to resolve the issue. The bathroom facilities were extremely old, the carpet was filthy and covered in hair, and the room lighting was dim and yellowish. Choose this hotel with extreme caution!

Highly recommend this hidden gem hotel! The location is superb, with convenient transportation and close to shopping areas and attractions. The hotel's decor is upscale and elegant, full of artistic flair; every corner is photogenic. The rooms are spotless, the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas, and the toiletries are all from well-known brands, exuding quality. The service is impeccable; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping and security personnel is exceptionally friendly, responsive, and quick to help. They even provided a complimentary dessert in the evening—a truly thoughtful touch. The value for money is outstanding; whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. Five stars wouldn't be enough!

The room was excellent, very quiet, and very clean. Although there's no elevator, security will arrange for someone to help with your luggage. It's near the tourist area, but the price is reasonable, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The courtyard is beautiful, with lush greenery, and is very clean and hygienic. The rooms are fully equipped, the temperature is just right, and there's no need to turn on the air conditioning. It's very quiet and the temperature is perfect for sleeping! This hotel is a villa complex with a huge courtyard, which is fantastic! The service and cleanliness are excellent. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. It's only a few hundred meters from the north entrance of the scenic area, a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended for hotels near the scenic area! 👍

The room was great overall. It's a manor-style resort hotel with a beautiful environment and lush greenery! The facilities were complete, and there were plenty of local restaurants nearby.
