"Check in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time.
It was cold outside and room was nice and warm.
Room was also really big and clean.
The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense.
Book if you are comfortable with an open bath."

GGuest UserI've known about this hotel for a while, but this was my first time staying during the Christmas market season. It has a beautiful view, and the room was spacious, so I had a wonderful stay. I was in room 570, and the room condition was exceptionally good. I definitely plan to stay here again if I come back to Dresden.

Friendly staff~! A simple but satisfying breakfast menu!
Additional fee is required, but fully equipped and safe underground parking lot!!

The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

DD0439****The hotel is large, the facilities are a bit old but it has everything it should have, and it is very cost-effective. There is free parking at the hotel entrance, and the front desk will take the initiative to inform you.
Special thanks to Ctrip butler Zejing. At that time, the hotel information was wrong. After receiving the feedback, Zejing took the customer's perspective and solved the problem as soon as possible instead of shirking responsibility. He also has strong business capabilities, not only promoting the problem solving but also keeping the information informed during the process. He turned a negative event into a plus point. Ctrip will be my first choice for going out in the future

AAH TAWe changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

GGuest UserHave to explain why I’m giving 3/5 for cleanliness: I think there was a trash juice leakage in the stairway which left a trail and stank while I was staying. Other than that it’s a perfect place for solo travelling - good price to value, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, adequate facilities and amenities... Overall it was a great experience

GGuest UserWir empfanden die Lage als ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten (Tram, Bahnhof und Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Innenstadt oder Neustadt) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt an einer grossen Hauptstrasse, wo auch viele Einsatzfahrzeuge entlang fahren. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite sind die Bahngleise. Wir haben den Verkehrslärm als nicht sehr störend empfunden. Der Raum war sauber, es gab aber etwas Staub. Erst dachten wir, die erst am zweiten Tag nach der Anreise erfolgende Zwischenreinigung reiche aus, wir empfehlen aber, jeden Tag eine Zimmerreinigung zu bestellen (ohne Aufpreis). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung hat uns leider gar nicht überzeugt. Das WLAN ist zwar schnell, die Verbindung ist allerdings nicht stabil. Damit das WLAN an ist, muss der Fernseher eingeschaltet sein. Das finden wir nicht nachhaltig und der helle Bildschirm hat uns gestört. Bei jedem neuen Einschalten des Fernsehers wird ein neues WLAN-Passwort generiert, man verliert wieder die Verbindung. Die Raumaufteilung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Der Tresor ist sehr klein, und es gibt weder praktische Ablagen für Koffer und Taschen noch einen Schrank/Garderobe für Jacken, die nicht mitten im Zimmer hängt. Ebenso hat uns eine Ablage und Haken im Bad gefehlt. Dazu kommt, dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad überschwemmt ist. In den öffentlichen Bereichen fehlte uns vor allem die Verarbeitungsqualität der verbauten Materialien. Heute sieht es noch schick aus, aber in zwei, drei Jahren? Wir finden es schade, dass sich ein Hotel nachhaltig geben will, es dann aber nur mässig umgesetzt wird.

EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

XXiaolongThere are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger

GGuest UserClose to Dresden Airport, the bus station is at the door, and there is a supermarket opposite for replenishment. A little old but clean and tidy. There is a billiard room downstairs. It was late when we arrived, but the waiter still opened the door for us. Let us remember to turn off the lights and close the door when we leave.
