"Our stay was great! We received a warm welcome, and the room exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed — to our surprise, there was even a stove and a microwave. Aside from a few minor details, everything was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was perfect for us, and there are a few dining options nearby. We also found the value for money to be very reasonable."

Aali ahmadi 20Everything is good here. It would be great if the rooms were delivered earlier. And there is one problem that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. Overall, it was a very good hotel.

GGuest UserIt seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.
If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either.
The shower had mold stains.
Too bad, I expected more comfort.

Ddav781The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

EEnes MalikOur experience at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was just excellent and will remain in mind for a long time! We were received by a very hearty and careful staff who always provided our well-being during our stay.
Our room at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully furnished and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we sleep every night as on clouds. The cleanliness and care of the room were innocent, making our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a true party for the gaume. The variety of fresh foods, from regional delicacies to international tastes, did not open any wishes. The coffee was aromatic and the staff made sure that our cups never remained empty.
The comforts of the hotel, including the generous wellness area and well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day of activities we were able to relax and refresh perfectly there.
The Mercure Hotel is ideally located with many attractions and shopping facilities nearby. We already plan our next visit to Mercure Hotel Stuttgart, because our stay was just perfect and we felt like at home there. We can hardly expect to come back and experience other unforgettable moments!

GGuest UserUnfortunately the elevator was broken just when I hurt my back. Very friendly clerk at the desk offered to take our luggage to the third floor (but that was counting besides me pride). To compensate we were offered free ice creams during our stay (which the kids liked).
Nice place. Excellent breakfast. Friendly people. Neighborhood a bit boring (but we have a car so who cares…)

CCN_NanaThe room was in a good location, we went to a club nearby and walked home afterwards. Easy Check In and Out. Room had everything one needed. But the bathroom could use some renovating and the shower was not closing properly since one of the doors was damaged. It almost fell off when I entered it.
Otherwise we were content with the stay. Comfortable mattress and good coffee.

GGero LichtNice rooms, clean, very good location - but what doesn't go, provide a room where you know that heating doesn't go. Have the reception spoken shortly after arrival, it called it looked a technician, the evening heating still didn't go, the postporter said you couldn't do anything anymore and the next day the lady told us at the Reception that you should renew this gas first, and that is known ... Why then give out this room?
Curant or rebates equal to zero - damage, but this chain is dead for us!
So in summer you can recommend it .... :-)
