GGuest UserToo loud to sleep!!! The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

JJoanna2010The room cost 1,400 per night. Apart from the bed quilt, bath water, towels and toilet paper, there was not even a bottle of water. The service was also very poor. Low cost performance. Breakfast is barely passable. You have to ask the waiter for omelettes and egg rolls to be freshly made. You can also sit outside in the garden. It's not far from the train station, but you still have to walk for a while. The area around the train station is undergoing major renovations, making it difficult to walk around. Stuttgart is not big and public transportation is convenient.

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by extremely warm and attentive staff who always ensured our well-being throughout our stay. Our room at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully decorated and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we slept on clouds every night. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a real feast for the palate. The variety of fresh dishes, from regional delicacies to international delicacies, left nothing to be desired. The coffee was flavorful and the staff made sure our cups never ran empty. The hotel's amenities, including the spacious wellness area and the well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day full of activities we were able to relax and refresh ourselves perfectly. The location of the Mercure Hotel is ideal, with many sights and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We are already planning our next visit to the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart because our stay was simply perfect and we felt at home there. We can't wait to come back and experience more unforgettable moments!

You need to swipe your card to go to the elevator. I think the surrounding area is a bit messy. I heard from passers-by that they saw someone in the lobby taking the opportunity to sneak into the elevator. There is no refrigerator. The sound insulation is good. Although it faces the street, the window sound insulation is good, and the room is also very large.

GGuest UserAfter checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.
