TTipsy100Hotel is located near the airport of Stuttgart. From the noise of the highway A8, which runs between the airport and the hotel, nothing to hear. The hotel is located about 300m walking from the EnBW City S-Bahn Station and Schelmenwasenstraße. Who travels by car, can park freely on the hotel parking lot or in the garage.
The hotel is available at reception opening times or at the automation. Breakfast buffet is available.
The rooms are all equal, equipped with two separate beds, deposit area, table with two hockers, hooks, TV. Bathroom with shower cabin, towels, oven, paper cupboard, waste hairdryer. Heating and cooling units available.

Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).

Very quietly located one could sleep and the bed was very comfortable.
