Ffluffy pancakesService: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service.
Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing.
Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable.
Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice.
Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it.

DDiane WuArrived at the hotel quite late, so stayed near the airport. It was pretty good – one large bed, one sofa bed, and the toilet and shower were separate. Plenty of space for three people, and very affordable, which was perfect. The hygiene was excellent, and the room was huge. It was only a third of the price I paid for a city hotel the next day, so the value for money was exceptional!

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more.

MmingbooinThe hotel is very near the airport. It's only about a 5 to 7 minute walk after you get off the shuttle train when we arrived. It was midnight but the staff at the front desk counter were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. We only stayed there for one night, but the room was very clean, pristine and comfortable. It was really exactly what we needed after such a long flight. We paid €20 per person for the breakfast and that was the best hotel breakfast we've had for our entire trip in France because the spread was very good and all of the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room hygiene was impeccable, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. What particularly stood out was the efficient and polite front desk check-in, and the prompt room service. The shower had excellent water pressure and stable hot water.

GGuest UserThe location next to the airport is great. The hotel itself is dated, there is clearly no investment. The staff is friendly and does what they can to please the guests. The food is terrible, we had a roasted chicken which was roasted one week before and microwaved. The shuttle service is perfect and the driver is very helpful. Although the price of the room is conform the market but in terms of value for money, we have seen much better. And for that matter, we travel all over the world and we find ourselves competent enough to write this review.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the outskirts, close to the highway intersection, if you don't drive, it will be very convenient, there are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, there is a bus stop, far from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but hot water can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.

1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.

However, the location is quite far from the city and most tourist attractions, which made commuting a bit inconvenient and time-consuming. The service was average — nothing special, but acceptable. Amenities were quite limited and could definitely be improved. It may suit travelers who need to be near the airport, but it's not ideal for those planning to explore Paris.
