"Hotel is small but overall clean and comfortable. It has a restaurant that stays open until 22:00 which is definitely convenient as everything else in the city closes at 20:00. The only downside was to get there by walking. It was a bit far away from our son’s university and that was annoying."

Very Good
NNFa.MThe location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.
However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.
If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.
LLenny LiuThe room size is good compare the other 4star hotels. Has kitchen facilities. Facilities are new. Opened 2024. Has electrical car charging facility as well. Recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money and is incredibly close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for an overnight stay. The breakfast is also decent and more than enough. It's very quiet, and honestly, the only real 'downside' is the room size. While the rooms are small, they are generally quite clean.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is greatly located, you can reach it easily by using CDGVAL transfer via PR stop. Room is spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a compound with park in the middle with 4 other hotels so you can explore other restaurants in those hotels ad the one in mercure can be limited or if you stay longer than a night.
They have a swimming pool which is a place but i dont think it was actually heated.
The negatives:
- their lobby toilets require a key to access so when you already check out you have to ask their staffs help and they are always busy (this hotel has a lot of check-ins / outs)
- you also can’t enjoy their pool after your check-out which i thought was disappointing. So if you have later flight the day after then better pay their late check-out fee
AAnonymous UserOverall, I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. What particularly stood out was the efficient and polite front desk check-in, and the prompt room service. The shower had excellent water pressure and stable hot water.
GGuest UserCleanliness- the hotel is super dated, straight out of the 80’s. Wood paneling everywhere & dirty old carpet doesn’t help with appearance of it being clean. Bath/ shower yellow stained & toilet was stained & mouldy when i arrived.
Location - not far from CDG airport, which helped keep the Uber fares down as their ‘airport shuttle’ service is a joke. Few times to airport only in morning (no airport pick up) and then pick up from airport only in afternoon (no drop off from hotel).
Short walk to a little village with local restaurants which was nicer than staying or giving the hotel any more money.
Service - nothing to rave about. They couldnt care less about helping with the lack of shuttle (which is why i booked this hotel)… they just tell you to order a taxi.
Amenities- finding the 80’s pool was a mission. Needed to use firestairs to access & again just old & dated. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall place is just tired
LLAMA BJAmazing place to be, I have been here Jan. 2025 for 9 night that was wonderful and this time it is more better and nicer.
Will be coming back on September 2026 for another 8 nights as my Business fair will be there in Paris nord villepinte PARC děs expositions.
HHueilinThe building is motel-style, featuring an elevator, a restaurant, a communal kitchen, and vending machines. Rooms are small but clean. The front desk staff speak English and are friendly. The airport shuttle is a 7-seater minibus, costing 6 Euros per person, with pick-up/drop-off at Terminal 2. I arrived by taking a public bus from the Roissypole bus station at the airport to a nearby town, then walked for 10 minutes. This is fine during the day, but I wouldn't recommend doing it alone after dark. Use Google Maps for directions. The bus fare was 2 Euros, and it's best to buy your ticket before boarding.
GGuest UserThe hotel is on the outskirts, close to the highway intersection, if you don't drive, it will be very convenient, there are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, there is a bus stop, far from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but hot water can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect
1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.
Merci beaucope for every employee works in Hotel Mercure Cergy Ponposie.
