Val-d'Oise Hotels with Parking

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. The room quality was average; it seemed like an old room that had been renovated. The card reader even said 'Residence Inn,' which doesn't meet Courtyard's standards. The service attitude was above average. You can take the CDGVAL to the airport, but if you take the hotel shuttle, it costs an extra 8 euros, which isn't really worth it.

Everything’s neat and tidy. May look a bit small but well enough for solo traveller. Easily accessible from CDG but if you are from Paris centre then you may need to pay extra for public transport through Airport. Also Google Map may recommend you to walk from south if you take a bus from city centre but you will be walking on roads without sidewalks so be careful

The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

The hotel is on the outskirts, close to the highway intersection, if you don't drive, it will be very convenient, there are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, there is a bus stop, far from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but hot water can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.

The hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

Smaller rooms, but if you're a budget traveller this place might suit you..Near to the CDG airport though..Breakfast is simple, but worth the money..
