Service: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service. Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing. Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable. Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice. Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it. 10 out of 10 would recommend

It was last minute reservation everything went very smoothly. The hotel location is very convenient closer to the airport. The hotel has basement parking spaces . The reception staff is also good . The room was very nice and comfortable bed and was very quite even though it was next to the lift but still very quite . So my experience was very good .

This hotel is more suitable for everyone, if you want to cook outside, but there is one thing you may need to pay attention to, in this place, the water will be a little colder in winter. The decoration of the hotel is more industrial style.

GGuest UserA great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent—especially the fish and chips, which my son absolutely loved. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Sandeep at the reception—she was exceptionally warm, cheerful, and always welcoming. She made our stay feel even more pleasant and went out of her way to support and help us whenever needed. Special thanks to her for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect 1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want 2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever. 3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet! 4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol) Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed. Merci beaucope for every employee works in Hotel Mercure Cergy Ponposie.
