"Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserThe receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor.
The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities.
The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

DD. CooperAn exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip.
Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first.
I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

BBrianRestaurant was closed. Not what I expect from a 4 star. No tea or coffee in rooms and no complementary water.
Hotel is nothing special as other reviews make you believe, but maybe it compares well to the others in Cagliari, I can’t say but they don’t look good from the outside.
Slept well enough so was okay.

GGuest UserThe room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters.
The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself

MMartafgc8I stayed in this hotel one night because I had a flight at Cagliari airport quite early.The strengths of this hotel: it has a free apartment for cars, it is 10 minutes' drive from Cagliari airport, it was clean and smelling. As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 a.m., the previous day I warned at the reception and made a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a compot) - missed a small bottle of water and The hotel was very good, the room was very small, and the room was very comfortable. I would return to this hotel again without hesiting if I look for a hotel near the airport for just a few nights.
