The overall is very good, but there is a problem with the faucet in the bathroom. Once it is turned on, it will spray out of the basin.

松香蕊蕊🧹Hygiene: poor... There is a dead mosquito on the pillow in the room, hair on the bed sheet, the white paint brushed in the swimming pool in the room will fade, dyed legs are all over the place... 🍃Environment: In addition to the room, the environment in the public area is very good. The room is a relatively expensive room type, a sea view villa, but the scenery is really not as good as the lobby... The decoration is also indescribable, and the minimalist style has been turned into a simple style 🔔Service: The service is ok, the restaurant is delicious, and the sunset view is also good If you can live in a normal room type, the sea view villa is really not recommended, it is not worth it… There are two local 5-stars, one Banyan Tree, and the other is this one. I really don't understand, 4 stars are too much...

RRosi22The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Very satisfied, sea view room, with a simple version of the kitchen, with a balcony. The location is good, the sea is just downstairs, and it is also the core location of the city😁

At our Check-in, the staff is very friendly and attentive, although the room is delivered until 3pm, they have a luggage storage service and you can use the facilities until the room is delivered to you, since in my case we arrived at 8am, they placed our bracelets on us and we were able to enter, the hotel itself is not luxurious but the facilities are very comfortable, with air conditioning and everything necessary to make the stay comfortable, the tower 1 elevator takes TOO LONG, the restaurant does not have much variety of food and it is somewhat expensive for what you get They serve you but not so expensive if you take into account that it is a hotel on the beach, the American breakfast that some rooms include is of a good portion and very rich, all the restaurant staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool is heated which is very good and more when you have children. They lend you pool towels which you can take from the hotel in case you are going to visit La Roqueta or other beaches and if you lose them they cost 250 pesos, they only change them once a day, at the end of your stay they give you a card that you hand in at reception stating that you do not owe towels. The same hotel places lounge chairs with an umbrella on the beach but there are very few of them, which is why I insist on starting their activities early, when you return from the beach in the shower so you can rinse off the sand and sea water. They NEVER have water. I recommend that you start your activities early before 9am since after that it becomes saturated, both the restaurant and the pool and beach loungers. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, the screens have cable programming, although they are very small, but well, one does not go to watch TV if not on vacation, the room also has a minibar that works perfectly. At our Check out, which is at 12 noon, you also have the option of storing luggage since in my case my return was until 10pm. I thank the reception manager Corina and Lorena from the restaurant for their kindness. I will definitely stay with you again.

Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not as advertised. I think it was due to our particular circumstances that we stayed in rooms on the first level.... But everything was very good in terms of service and cleanliness ☺️

TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
