Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didn’t want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor. Along with a little convenience store. You are going to pay a premium tho for anything in there. Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of this hotel but you do have a microwave in your room which is hard to come by these days. You will need to pay for your morning coffee as there is no complimentary coffee either. This hotel does offer some great stuff tho…This hotel has free parking in the parking garage next to the hotel. They give you 2 free water bottles per day. There is also free guest laundry machines and they even offer the detergent. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub. Fitness room. I would easily book this hotel again.

LV's hotel is nowhere near as good as Macau's. Let me describe what this 5-star hotel is like: I booked a newly renovated luxury city view room, and the photos showed it to be very luxurious with city views, so I had high expectations. Secondly, there are traps everywhere. The mini-bar water and snacks cost money, and there's no signage! My child accidentally opened a small bottle of mineral water and three mini-snacks, which cost $58 USD. There are two refrigerators; whatever you do, don't touch one of them, as even a slight movement will be sensed and added to your bill. Resort fees are a given, and definitely don't upgrade arbitrarily. As for hygiene, in one of our rooms, when we checked in, there were razor shavings left by the previous guest in the bathroom basin. The toilet paper was placed on the vanity, and the pillow had black stains, so the attention to detail was severely lacking. Overall, it felt inferior to a four-star hotel in China. It's old, stingy, and full of hidden costs.

My stay at Holiday Inn Las Vegas this past weekend was absolutely amazing — easily a 10/10 experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility, location, amenities, cleanliness, and customer service were all excellent. I was assigned a room in Building 16, directly in front of one of the pools, and the room felt more like a mini condo than a hotel room. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed: a full kitchen, dining table and chairs, living room area, two TVs, a very comfortable bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom/restroom. If you’re someone like me who prefers not to eat out for every meal, this hotel is the perfect choice. The room was spotless and came stocked with thoughtful essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, coffee, utensils, and cooking pots. You can tell they really care about guest comfort. The location is another huge plus. It’s within walking distance to the Las Vegas ***** if you walk down Flamingo Rd, and about a 23-minute walk (roughly 1.5 miles) to Tacos El Gordo and Tacos El Pastor. Depending on which building your room is in, The Sphere is less than a 5-minute walk away — which saved me money on Uber rides and parking. For guests traveling with a car, complimentary parking is a huge bonus — no parking fees at all, which is rare and very appreciated in Las Vegas. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They even offer shuttle service around the property if walking is difficult. The property itself feels very secure, and despite being close to all the Vegas attractions, it was peaceful and quiet at night — perfect if you actually enjoy getting good sleep away from the ****** noise like I do. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive to and from the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The on-site restaurant was great too — the burgers were my favorite! Special shoutout to Nancy, Julian, and the hostess team for being so kind and welcoming. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere close to everything Vegas has to offer. I will definitely be coming back!

This hotel boasts a perfect location, right in the heart of the Las Vegas *****. Step out and you're surrounded by *******, malls, and restaurants, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was huge, and opening the window revealed a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, with the nightly light show in full sight – that view alone was worth the price. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Considering the prime location and the room rate, it offers excellent value for money. Parking at just $20 a day is a steal on the *****. However, there were a few significant downsides: the desk was largely taken up by a vending machine, making me nervous about accidentally paying for a drink when all I wanted was water, and there was no space for a laptop. The Wi-Fi only allowed two devices to connect simultaneously, requiring payment for additional devices. Check-in was an incredibly long wait, nearly testing my patience to its limits. Overall, if you're prioritizing location and the view, these minor annoyances are bearable. It's 2026, and everyone has multiple phones, iPads, and laptops, so I hope they relax the Wi-Fi device limit. Its strengths are its location and view, but its weaknesses lie in the service details.

I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the ****** or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey ****** was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

This hotel was very spacious and felt luxurious. Wi-Fi was available for a fee. There was also free Wi-Fi, but the connection was poor. It was a shame that the signal was hard to connect to. It was a very good hotel overall.

Good location and beautiful castle theme hotel ! When I step inside, feel like stepping into middle ages fairytales ! I like the shower, the hot water get warm very quickly. Cleanliness may need some improvement, the toilet seat surrounding wasn’t cleaned, I helped to clean it before using it. The ceiling and door had some rust and broken pieces, but they didn’t bother me. Overall is a good experience. I will recommend it.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

We visited there on March 7-10, 2026. We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .
