Fantastic customer service, beautiful rooms. Would recommend 100% for a unique experience in the heart of Barcelona.
Small areas for improvement: massage room was a tad cold and shower had a bit of lime.

Gorgeous hotel - beaitful amenities and very luxurious. Definitely a 5 star hotel and you feel once you enter through the main doors. Excellent location, central the best that Barcelona has to offer, many beautiful side streets and restaurants with good food nearby. A fabulous way to experience Barcelona.

事前にメールでお伝えした際は、ワインがサービスで付きそうだったが、着いたら何も無くて残念だった。
立地はグラシア通りで良かったが、グラシア通りの上の方なので、ちょっと歩く必要はあるが、良かった。
清潔感は良かった。
シャワーが少し接続が悪く漏れていたのと、ドライヤーが少し弱かったのは残念ポイント
とは言え、総合的には満足。
ルーフトップも居やすくて良かった

在巴塞隆拿住到的非常滿意的酒店，裝修設計是穩穩的高迪風。每個細節，都透露着精緻。房間不是很大，但是床超大。早餐挺新鮮的。位置距離感恩大道很近，步行10分鐘能到米拉之家。

街の中心部の端っこくらいにあり、ある程度徒歩で移動可能。かっこよくきれいな建物でそれだけでテンションが上がる。部屋はジュニアスイートみたいなところに泊まって、広く、空調もちょうどよく、なんとサウナがついていた、バスタブとはべつに。冷蔵庫(ミニバー)は全然温度が冷えなかった。サウナはすごく気持ちよく3泊したが毎日入った。トイレの水洗は流すのに力が必要で、たまに弱いと流れなくて焦った。お風呂はジャグジー付きでアメニティもいい香りで満足した。持って行ったものを使用したが他にもクシや洗面用具のアメニティがポーチの中に入っておいてあった。体重計もあった。ドライヤーが重たく、古いもので、すごく使いにくかった。やや古いホテルだがホテルの立派さやエレガントさを考えると気にならないほどで、清潔で心地よかった。ベッドも気持ちよかった。部屋にウェルカムドリンクやチョコレートなど用意していただいた日もあり、気遣いを感じた。朝食は地下でやや薄暗く陰気臭いが、内容は豊富で特にパンはすごく美味しかった。おかずは3種類しかなく、デザートももう少し豊富でもいいんじゃないかと思った(朝食の値段が高いので、なおさら)。ホテルスタッフはみんな気持ちがよく、親切で、個人的な旅行のトラブルにも相談に乗っていただきとてもありがたかった。知り合いにもお勧めしたい。
