Fantastic hotel

The location is close to Barceloneta, near El Raval where the area is not very posh but still I felt safe because it's close to the police station. It is tucked away in a small alley so it's ultra quite. The aesthetics is nice, it feels like a chic resort by the beach, though obviously it's far from the beach. The rooms are nice, just enough space. The staff are amazing and friendly. Price is relatively high for what it is.

Terrible service. Worst hotel experience ever. Front desk personnel was very rude and not accommodating at all. Definitely never coming back and not recommending. So many other nice options in Barcelona at similar cost.

The room is on the first floor, there is no soundproofing, the water from the neighbors is noisy, boiling water costs 2€, leaving things costs 1€, the service is weak

The hotel is very nice, modern, the facilities are very good and the service was very good. Breakfast is abundant, varied and delicious. Unfortunately the hotel is located in a not very nice area of ​​Barcelona, ​​it appears to be unsafe but the reality is that nothing bad happened to us. If it has a very good location to walk around the city. It's really worth it for the price-quality.

The location is okay and relatively safe, but there are gangs in the alleyway back to the hotel from the Gothic Quarter at night, which is a bit dangerous. The hotel is like an art hotel, all the art decoration seems to come from an artist. The room is small but well laid out. Behind the hotel is a native residential area. The bathing part of the room only has a gauze curtain, which still feels a bit strange. The color of the room is clean and high-end gray, which is very nice.

There is no refrigerator, the air conditioner did not work, because you had to sleep with the windows open - the barking of dogs did not let you sleep. When you take a shower, the whole room is filled with steam, since the shower is in the room. The washbasin is so small that there is splashes all around. The croissants for breakfast were overbaked. Overall the breakfast is delicious, the reception is friendly, the location is good.

Everything great. Service and facilities of ten. Very well located, close to the ramblas, shops, metro stations, buses...
