Good location if wan want explore at Orchard area for Christmas month. Can enjoy with walk along the Christmas decol and stop at this hotel.

Nice and clean, good price, spacious room compare to the same price range you will get only tiny and no window room in Chinatown. Great view if you are facing the park. Hot water available all the time.

Giving us a big window room, although is end lot Conner bedroom. Majority the hotel room is good. Walking distance from hotel to orchard mrt . 5min . Is so near!

The location of the hotel is convenient which walking distance to two MRT, Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut. That’s reason I chose that as thought that’s convenient for me to meet clients via MRT.
The room was clean but the carpet looks a bit off or maybe my personal preference. In a very humid city, I really don’t think carpet is a good idea.
One thing I need to remind, I travelled alone on biz and I was an hour earlier than check-in time which staff hasn’t been very friendly when I asked if can check in a bit earlier since I don’t see that’s a lot of people waiting or queueing. Also, they refused to provide extra keys and i kept forgetting my key where they needed you to return a key in 5 mins. Later I know why they do so and making up reasons that it’s required by government if you have a visitor to your room shortly to meet up, they have to register. There are many ‘working girls’ close to hotel at night.
I guess, I likely wont choose to stay here again despite the location is good, there are options. The feelings of reception staff hasn’t been friendly since check in.
One thing.. the hotel room is clean and compliment to the water machine. Other than that, I can’t think of reason of returning.

Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Unfortunately the room assigned to us has a problem on the sink, the water takes longer to drain but the staff are accommodating.

Seamless check-in and check-out process. This hotel is worth the price with the location. One remarkable in this stay would be not nosy during the night so I have a good sleep.
