The staffs are lovely and the place smell really great love it

Excellent staff and service. Lovely room. Stayed over New Year’s Eve and the staff made it extra special by offering champagne and traditional grapes and a letter about what goes on in the area.

great staff, great location, decent room, no soundproofing no double glazing, trucks sound like they are in the room with you, party in room beneath from 1am followed by some more 'private' sounds. zero sleep. wont be back.

Is meer dan nodig aan vernieuwing toe, zeer arm aan comfort voor een luxe suite, geen minibar, geen koffiezet of warmwaterkoker, plastiek bekertjes, slecht onderhouden.

I like the kingsize bed. I like the numerous mirrors. I like the food. I did not like that there was no closet.

Nice staff. Coffee and water24/7

Unfortunately there was a construction work in progress. It was very loud in our room. After a long journey, it was not possible to rest. The staff apologized for the inconvenience and benefited us.

The property said that there was A/C but there was not a working A/C in the room.

This hotel is amazing! The customer service is great, all workers are very friendly, and they are super helpful. My wife and I arrived early thinking we’d just drop off our bags and come back later for check in. The front desk insisted they could get us checked in early and within 30min we were in our room (all before 10am). We mentioned it was our anniversary trip and they sweetly delivered a congratulatory gift to our room (which we found to our surprise). When we needed anything, they quickly got someone to help us. Even up to getting a taxi at 3am when we had an early flight home. We will 100% stay at this hotel the next time we are in Barcelona!
