We booked two rooms for two nights. The location is the best plus point for this hotel. Service was pretty good too. Price for hotel not cheap especially when we paid more to get a sea view, expecting to have a good view of the sea, something like in photo 1 but in reality, we got a limited view as seen in photo 2. Not worth paying extra for two nights for this kind of view. There were also no place like roof top garden to enjoy the sea breeze and relax.
We paid about S$11 each to try the breakfast but everyone felt it really was a waste of money as nothing tasted good. In fact the tauhu in the laksa tasted off and the crackers were worse than the ones we bought from the supermarket. We couldn't believe that the standard of the food in this hotel was so low.
We would consider staying here again if we only want the convenience of the location and nothing else.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care.
Special thanks to all your staff especially to your GRO Ms Trestha for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that all your teams efforts (Fauzi, Lily, Rios, JoJo, Michael) is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. We will be back here again.
Just for a small feedback I hope your management can look into it.
The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool.
The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade.
We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

This hotel offers exceptional service, excellent facilities, and impeccable cleanliness—everything you would expect from a great hotel. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes available at their complimentary breakfast. They truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book this hotel again next time.

It’s my second time staying in this hotel. Location is good as it’s just next to Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Room is big enough and clean. The bed, pillow and bolster are very comfortable.
Breakfast variety is wide. There is BBQ by the pool on Saturday night, the price is reasonable.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Stay
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Batam Cruise Center, which made arrival and departure very smooth. Check-in starts at 2 PM, and we were able to request a late checkout at 1 PM.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was quite enjoyable. One thoughtful touch was the availability of Singapore-style 3-pin power sockets in the room—no need for a travel adaptor.
The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof; we could hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms at times. Still, overall a pleasant and convenient stay.

Amazing Harris Hotel for make my 20th wedding anniversary a great memorable moment.This hotel.is just beside of Batam Jetty Terminal and infront of Mega Mall Batam.
Easy check in, fast and the receptionist so warmth and friendly. we also have been offered a welcome drink
Once exit the lift,we can see a beautiful scenery with Welcome To Batam landmark signage. and the room so cozy and clean with HIGH PRESSURE OF SHOWER after long day if travelling.
The variety of breakfast also make our day feel complete.
