Batam Center Teluk Tering Hotels

New hotel but many rooms for improvement. Pillow case is stained upon check-in. Door lock malfunction on second day and they took quite a long time to fix it, with my room left opened. There’s loud drilling on the second floor due to renovation still ongoing. My baby sneezed many times at the lobby. There’s no hair conditioner. Phone also cannot work to call other rooms, reception and housekeeping. Bathrobe is smelly. Room facing a construction site. Unfortunately both side of the hotel rooms facing construction. Site. Location is quiet though which is good for sleep. Room level is by card access only so better to get same level if you book a few rooms. Car park security guards to ensure safety. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of food. Porridge is good and noodle soup. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Amazing Harris Hotel for make my 20th wedding anniversary a great memorable moment.This hotel.is just beside of Batam Jetty Terminal and infront of Mega Mall Batam. Easy check in, fast and the receptionist so warmth and friendly. we also have been offered a welcome drink Once exit the lift,we can see a beautiful scenery with Welcome To Batam landmark signage. and the room so cozy and clean with HIGH PRESSURE OF SHOWER after long day if travelling. The variety of breakfast also make our day feel complete. Thank again

It’s just a short walk or taxi ride from the ferry terminal, so it’s great for a short break from Singapore. The service was great and the free buffet breakfast made sure it was worth the price! Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

Sorry that I always judge a hotel provide comb and shaver … just to see they provide sufficient amenities… as I feel they are basic items … - the room is clean…but when sleeping at night… we are shock the pillow case smell of perfume… which human use…not those use for washing… the bedsheets have blood stain… - Breakfast was good… top up promptly… reasons was the management ate there… I knew that because one of them help me check out…. this make sure the restaurant provided tip top food … - the hotel no provide free transport to nearby mall although they are walking distance… but abit dangerous when crossing the road…

Hotel 01 Batam is the most unique Hotel, Interesting n very different from the norm.Egyptian theme decor with beautiful painting on the wall .Day time looks so bright n is great for Instagram photos. Nite time mysterious n so serene. 2nd stay there n is highly recommended as staff are pleasant , place very clean n is also reasonable.Location wise very good 5 mins Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall. Worth a visit to this unique hotel.

Location and service is fine, just need to improve on the cleanliness of the bed. Overall is quite a decent stay with the price paid.

Good value for the buck. Walking distance to the chain of restaurants across the street (just be careful how to cross the 5 lane per direction road!) , where u will find MacDonalds, Burger King (tiny burgers), Starbucks, HokBen , etc. (caption of picture : night view of the hotel walking toward the restaurants across the street)

Overall,I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The room was quite spacious,clean and comfortable providing everything I needed to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt like good value for the quality provided. I really enjoyed the night with my partner. It left us with sweet memories. Amenities and facilities are all accessible with the apartment itself.
