I like Harmoni Hotel a lot. It's true that it's showing its age, but if you are a regular, you will learn to appreciate the easiness of this hotel. Easy to reach, easy to book, easy to park, easy to check in, and out, and easy to navigate around the place (it isn't very big, despite the enormous lobby). The rooftop pool offers a good refreshment if you are tired of working. The breakfast area is usually busy on weekends, and quiet during the week, and does a sufficient job to ensure you're energised for the day. The bar has a nice pool table, but has limited serving hours. It's a pity that the Harmoni Residences are not in use (they probably never were), otherwise I might consider staying here long-term. The price-quality ratio is excellent!

I had a fantastic stay at Sahid Hotel Batam! The facilities are top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service truly stood out — the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, providing a perfect balance of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend Sahid Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

We had a generally very comfortable stay here. The room was new, clean, and bright, which made it pleasant to come back to after a long day. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the facilities well-maintained. Location-wise, it was a little far from most of our main itinerary spots, so do factor in extra travel time if you’re planning to move around a lot. Service from the staff was alright for the most part, but on the last day, we had a small hiccup. I requested bath towels and bottled water before checking out, but after waiting over 20 minutes, nothing was delivered. When I called again, another staff member answered and only then informed me that additional bottled water is chargeable. I found this surprising, as I’m not sure if it’s common for 5-star hotels to charge guests for water bottles, and it would have been better if this was clearly communicated during my first call. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable, the room comfortable, and overall it was a nice experience.

Hotel is at a very open location, afew KMs of batam center. Very exquisite feel from the outside n inside. Place is nice, rooms & toilets are clean. Just that the aircons from the lobby to the rooms aren't functioning well.

Did not return deposit of Rupiah 100000. Also paid for 2 days but stayed only 1 day. Will not go back again as it's far from everything. Very bad customer service. Wasted trip and money.

Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor.

Clean and good ambience. Easy to check in and check out. Convenience to shop and eat. All in one roof. The city view was amazing🔥🔥🔥

Though it's near the ferry terminal, it's better to use taxi to get there since it's facing busy road and bit difficult to cross the road with luggage. Hotel itself was nice, clean and supportive, only sad thing is many mosquitoes in the room so I was bitten by them while in the night at least 6 places...recommend you to use mosquitoes repellent when you go to bed. I understand this is very difficult to control, so we need to prepare for it. Thanks to the all staffs I met there, they were polite and supportive. If I go batam center next, I will visit there again.

Overall,I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The room was quite spacious,clean and comfortable providing everything I needed to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt like good value for the quality provided. I really enjoyed the night with my partner. It left us with sweet memories. Amenities and facilities are all accessible with the apartment itself.
