Best Batu Ampar Spa Hotels

I had a great time with my family at Batam Marriott to celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and the staffs were thoughtful. We like the location as it is just next to the ferry jetty. Many restaurants near the hotel too. The gym and swimming pool are clean and new. Thank you for the special birthday cake!

There are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄

Celebrated 11th year wedding anniversary here and it’s great to be back in Batam after many years. Love the service provided by the staffs here. Definitely will be back here in the near future

We booked a triple room for ourselves. The room is spacious and has a balcony too. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor which gives us a good view of Batam city. It would be better to get a room on a higher level as the noise from the vehicles passing by the main road can be disturbing at night. The swimming pool, gym, sauna room and steam bath room are also great for relaxation. Planet Holiday hotel is located nearby to Nagoya Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to the malls during Fridays and Saturdays. Traveling around Batam Island is convenient using Grab car service. The breakfast spread is also reasonably good.

The services from F&B and Concierge Team were superb. Upon checking in, Stephanie gave us a heads up about the surroundings if we intend to roam around there. Stephanie also did arrange for special menu of Batam Fish Soup for our breakfast. Devi arrange for an exceptional ironing service as the iron board provided in the room was not a friendly user (too low for an adult to use). Driver from the hotel was awesomely arranged by Devi to sent us to Harbour Bay. Aggi, Qresya Puspita, Natalia, Dinda and Fika gave an awesome service while we had our breakfast. Serving us Jamu of The Day and Juice of The Day.

Location is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the  morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall - The room is spacious - Check in and check out is fast - Staff is friendly Disadvantage -There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa - Hotel is just facing opp Hospital - Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon - Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so

It was a holiday with families and work too. Harif at the reception great service. He went his way out to organise and setting up with a good wifi service for work. Very helpful with a smile and patient in organising our families in the rooms. Swimming pool water and area needs a good clean up. Food was good especially lunch buffet.
