AAnonymous UserThe room was very large and spacious, with a fully equipped living room and kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even cups and plates. There was also a small courtyard in the lobby, exceeding our expectations. We arrived in Warrnambool quite late, and the hotel reception had already closed. We hadn't received a self-check-in email, so we called Ctrip customer service and the security guard posted at the entrance. While looking for the key box, we met a very friendly and patient lady who helped us find the key – we were so lucky!

Pros:
Excellent location: The hotel is located by the sea, within walking distance of the beach, with beautiful scenery and fresh air, which is very suitable for vacation and relaxation.
Clean and tidy room: I stayed in a sea view room, which is moderate in size, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The bathroom is clean and tidy with sufficient water pressure.
Friendly service: The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures are handled quickly, and problems can be solved in time.
Rich breakfast variety: The hotel breakfast variety is rich, including Western, Chinese and other choices, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

Every time I felt that the hotel was very disappointing, but this time I really liked it when I opened the door! I am very satisfied with my husband. This hotel is also the first choice when choosing a hotel! Reception waiter is also very nice~ We arrived late, the room card was placed directly on the door, the next day should have checked out at ten o'clock, but it was a bit late to make breakfast with her husband, asked if the front desk could check out later, the front desk It is also a direct agreement~ Finally, we have all the things washed before we leave. Awesome ~~~ Strongly recommended to everyone! !

GGuest UserGreat location for our purposes, dated but very clean, staff friendly and helpful, really the only negatives I could mention were the shower water pressure was low and the shower was missing a wall mounted soap dish. Other than that was great!
