AAnonymous UserThe location is pretty good, close to the road and easy to find. It looks like it's been renovated, which is nice. The bedding and cleanliness are both excellent. The service was fantastic, very warm and thoughtful. They even upgraded my room when they saw I had a leg injury, which was a huge help. Check-in is staffed from 2-5 PM, and self-service after 5 PM. The hot water was great, making for a very comfortable shower. The only downside is there's only one air conditioner, and its power is a bit low, so it wasn't quite warm enough in winter.

Pros:
Excellent location: The hotel is located by the sea, within walking distance of the beach, with beautiful scenery and fresh air, which is very suitable for vacation and relaxation.
Clean and tidy room: I stayed in a sea view room, which is moderate in size, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The bathroom is clean and tidy with sufficient water pressure.
Friendly service: The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures are handled quickly, and problems can be solved in time.
Rich breakfast variety: The hotel breakfast variety is rich, including Western, Chinese and other choices, with fresh ingredients and good taste.
Convenient parking: The hotel provides free parking and convenient parking.
Disadvantages:
The facilities are slightly old: The hotel facilities are slightly old, and some equipment needs to be updated.

芒芒果味的小芒果Really cost-effective! ! It feels better than I have two or three thousand in one night in other places! ! Originally, there was no hope. Every time I felt that the hotel was very disappointing, but this time I really liked it when I opened the door! I am very satisfied with my husband. This hotel is also the first choice when choosing a hotel! Reception waiter is also very nice~ We arrived late, the room card was placed directly on the door, the next day should have checked out at ten o'clock, but it was a bit late to make breakfast with her husband, asked if the front desk could check out later, the front desk It is also a direct agreement~ Finally, we have all the things washed before we leave. Awesome ~~~ Strongly recommended to everyone! !

This  hotel is in a good location. It's next to the street but it's pretty quiet nearby.

GGuest UserThe room is in the classic western motel style. You need to use a physical key to open the door, and you need to lock it at night. The sanitary conditions are not as bad as other reviews say. The so-called mildew in the bathroom seems to be just a moss-like pattern in the tiles.
The check-in and check-out process is short and smooth. The room facilities basically meet modern standards, and plates and other tableware are also prepared in the room.
The hotel is located on the main road of the town of Warrnambool, less than one kilometer away from the railway station. There are fast food restaurants, supermarkets (wws), etc. on the main road, and the transportation is very convenient.

GGuest UserI booked the wrong date but was settled pretty well by the person in charge that day. He was lovely and accomodating. Thank you sir! The room is good though a bit smelly like a cigar butt. Shared bath and toilet is clean as well and you can move around.
