Amazing
XxcratIts located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly.
KKuncleService: The service was quite good; they were very responsive to all our requests. On the first day, our sea-view room had a leak due to heavy rain, so they moved us to another room and compensated us with a one-hour couple's spa treatment.
Environment: The hotel is right by the sea, offering a fantastic sunset view. Unfortunately, it rained continuously for two days during the rainy season, so we didn't get to see it.
Facilities: There are three restaurants. We tried all of them except for the Italian one. The prices weren't cheap, but the portions were quite generous.
GGuest UserThe hotel's main highlight is its prime location on a beautiful beach, likely due to being an older property. The staff service was also excellent. My daughter accidentally hurt her foot, just a small cut, but two people immediately came to apply antiseptic and bring ice. All our other requests were met promptly. Breakfast was decent too. However, the room facilities are indeed quite old. The room door was damaged, and the toilet occasionally clogged. Furthermore, Senggigi itself offers almost nothing outside the hotel; it's desolate, like a large rural area. If I ever return to Lombok, I'll definitely stay in Kuta.
XXIAOYINGHotel location is good, there is a day trip to the hotel entrance, turn right and there is a hotel convenience store and cash machine, very suitable for a hotel, stayed for two days did not live enough, but also want to continue to live. The second floor villa, the living room dining room downstairs, there is a place on the right side of the balcony where you can soak in the hot spring. The front is directly connected to the swimming pool. The second floor is the bedroom. There is also a lanai. There is one toilet upstairs and downstairs. The second floor toilet has a bathtub, which is a bathtub. The hot water will not be hot for a while. The staff service was very good. I wanted to go to the hotel bar in the evening. The people in the lobby opened the battery car and sent us over. Then we finished the bar staff and called the front desk. He will pick us up again. From the hotel to the bangsal pier about 75 yuan.
BBodevingPros:
Good spacious room with big balcony
Mattress and pillow were comfy
Nice big pool
Directly at the beach, with a nice garden
No many choices for breakfast but was good and enough
HBO movies( nice for rainy days?
Cons:
Slow internet, mobile network is much faster
Almost no water pressure in the shower
Hotel is next to the main road, so can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper
GGuest UserMixed feelings
The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
