3-Star Hotels in Batu Layar

Best guesthouse I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Abdul. Owner Ray, is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent. Great cook. Scooter can be rented there for a good price. They also organise a few interesting tours departing from the guesthouse. A bbq was also organised for new year’s eve. Definitely recommend ! Feel like at home

I was traveling around Lombok Island by motor and decided to stay at Sengigi because I thought it would be boring to return to Mataram, so I made a reservation at a nearby India Mart and was able to check in immediately. The room was modern and clean. The sheets are also Paris 😃 There are few guests and you can spend it relaxing. There was no problem with restaurants and convenience stores, and there was a hair salon and massage nearby 🤩 Dissatisfaction is wifi. I didn't know the password and I couldn't use it after all even if I asked the staff. Please write your password on paper. I can't understand why you don't have a password in your room 🤒

Breakfast is good, banana cake fried rice coffee milk ... The main thing is that the service attitude is superb, we will not buy tickets for Bus, the waiter took the initiative to ride a motorcycle to help us buy it; we waited on the roadside for too late Eat early, the waiter brought it to the side of the road early, so sweet

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol

In Senggigi, I chose this relatively cost-effective central hotel. The location is quite convenient. It is in the center of Senggigi, and the airport is only a few steps away by bus. The rooms are simple and spacious, clean and tidy, well-rested, there is a swimming pool outside, but it has never been used, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is not far from Senggigi Beach.
