the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat. The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Well this Resort is labelled as one of the best on Lombok and I can honestly say that it very much deserves it. - Clean +++ - Location/Views +++ (view from infinity pool and your villa are amazing, one of the best ive seen so far) - Food ++ is great no doubt, especially their coffee selection where they try some new flavors - Breakfast a la carte +++ (big selection, good quality) - Price +++ (for this kind of quality and luxury we payed ~160€ for 1 night, it was well worth the money!) - Super friendly staff ++ - 10/10

Our several night stay was delightful.. We really appreciated everything about this resort. The location was desirable for us in Sengigi and is also set back from the busy road providing a quiet atmosphere. The service level was brilliant with every interaction with staff professional and positive. Special shoutout to Chef Jiandi who kindly assisted to navigate through the extensive menu. Food quality and ambiance is exceptional matched with a perfect service level, despite prices punching a tad higher than similar Lombok properties. Room is gorgeously appointed, spacious, quiet, impeccably clean and both of our rooms had excellent views towards the beach. The bedtime stories and cookies are a thoughtful touch and treat. Pool and surrounds are beautiful and ample lounges provide a nice level of comfort. Beach bar is wonderful for sunset drinks and beyond with those gorgeous Lombok sunsets ever so memorable.

The hotel is large and pleasant. The staff are lovely and always smiling. The breakfast is very good and varied. The room is quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden, even if it's a bit dated. The toilet flush, however, is a bit noisy, probably a defect. On the other hand, the hotel is isolated, with not much to see around. It's a place to relax but not for sightseeing. There are a few restaurants on the main avenue, including Le Square, which is very good. The hotel's restaurant is good, but the service is excessively slow, about an hour's wait every time.

The room was quite spacious but very basic, just a chair and no sofa. I didn't even bother taking pictures. It's on the ground floor, but not too damp. There's an outdoor shower on the ground floor. The service was excellent, always greeted with smiles! This is something Indonesia really excels at! The main restaurant was also delicious. The cliffside restaurant had a nice view, but it was very windy at night and not as good as the main restaurant. Breakfast with the ocean view was stunning, buffet style, not as good as Bali hotels but sufficient. The two trees at the hotel gave it a nice vibe, and the beach sparkled at night, perfect for stargazing! Both pools were very photogenic. We stayed for two nights and went island hopping both days. Overall, it was decent, but not as good as the one in Komodo.

The hotel itself is decent, *however*: You claim to be eco-friendly by only refreshing rooms/changing linens every two days. Yet, you use an incredibly strong, high-concentration disinfectant (like 84 bleach). Is that truly environmentally sound? After each bathroom cleaning, I couldn't step in without immediately starting to sneeze uncontrollably, and my eyes would water profusely. My throat even felt like it was burning. I strongly advise families with young children to be particularly aware of this.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
