DDeepinderHousekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

GGuest UserWe stayed here for just one night (16th Sept' 2022 check in and 17th check out in their deluxe room as transit passengers to catch flight to Hyderabad. Though the entrance is not so good and neighborhood did not either give a very comfy feelings, rooms were very spacious and furniture were very well maintained. Except for the dampy smell in the bedroom, stay was good experience. Property was managed by Mr. Vergheese, who really taken very good care of us.

GGuest UserI was taken care of by this hotel for 2 nights with my female friend. The location is great and you can walk anywhere. It is close to the beach, so it is also close to the Chinese Fisher's Net and the shining sunset. The reason why this hotel is recommended is the staff's greatness first. Every staff member can feel the desire to provide good service. The room management is also great for the price. The bathroom was very clean, and the hardness of the mattress and the comfort of the sheets were more than expected. If there is one difficulty, there are many rooms with cloudy glass, so I think some people feel blocked, including myself. There are some transparent glass rooms, and when I asked him to change it, he changed it immediately. The refrigerator was broken again, but he changed it immediately. This is exactly what more than the price. There are some more expensive hotels, but I think it's enough here! Highly recommended. Photo

GGuest UserVisited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
