陈陈The location is very good, although the room we stayed in is not open to the lake. Although most of the staff in the hotel only speak the local language, they do not lose the sense of warmth and friendliness. The only disadvantage is that, because it is a historic building, both the facilities and decoration are relatively old, and it is not very soundproof. We booked two rooms, one of which has a kettle and the other does not. Breakfast is more simple. Without any vegetables. Overall, not bad

GGuest UserAltertümliches Hotel mit dem Charme aus vergangenen Zeiten. Traumlage! Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Jedes Jahr machen wir auf der Heimreise von Nizza einen Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung. Nächstes Jahr definitiv auch im Europalace!!!

KKate CoddaireI wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. In a quiet neighborhood where a 2 minute walk in a residential area brings you to self service laundry, a grocery store, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the more busy piazzas with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty of hooks and a large desk area, along with a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table.. Bathroom supplied round soap and shampoo. Front desk was efficient and stored my luggage after checkout while I explored the town further. Short walk to train station. Included breakfast was cheese, meats, hard boilded eggs, croissant, yogurt and fruit and a Coffee machine.
