Amazing hotel next to the main train station, very convenient to get around and wonderful stay for the Takayama Autumn Festival. Facilities amazing with a big Onsen and laundry services. Very good initiative on the hotel for hanging up cards of all Takayama's must visit spots.

Provided “accessible “ room for us, actually not suitable for our stay, and hotel staff should tell me this special room provided for us. Japanese breakfast okay, no surprise. Price is extremely high due to festival, unlucky!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: very convenient for exploring Takayama, with easy access to the old town, restaurants, and the bus and train station. The rooms are comfortable and modern, but even in the larger ones there isn’t much storage space for clothes or bags. If you’re traveling light, it’s no problem, but with bigger luggage it can feel a bit tight. Overall, though, it’s a great base for Takayama: spotless, welcoming, and perfectly located. I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, pristine cleanliness, excellent facilities, and fantastic service. They provide laundry and drying machines, complimentary drinking water and ice, along with free luggage storage. Rooms are notably spacious for Japan, and the bathrooms are a good size too. The breakfast offers superb value for money; if you're not pressed for time, I highly recommend having it daily.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 300-meter walk from both JR Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Terminal. What's amazing is that despite being so close, it's not noisy at all. It's an easy stroll even with luggage, which is a huge plus for travelers transferring. The hotel is quite new, and the lobby boasts an artistic design, making it a great spot for photos. The rooms are equipped with a table and chairs, and feel much more spacious compared to hotels in Japan's larger cities. It's also convenient to walk to the old town and popular sights for dining. If you head in the opposite direction, there's a large supermarket easily accessible via an underpass. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They even helped me resolve some minor issues I encountered during my trip, which was incredibly thoughtful. Check-in is from 3 PM, and you can store your luggage on the ground floor beforehand.

This hotel seems to be one of the bigger hotels around the area. Service is good and the onsen is not bad too. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely recommend to my friends.

The hotel is incredibly close to the station, literally a minute or two on foot. The central shopping district is also a convenient 10-minute walk away. Check-in was electronic and very smooth. Despite being right by the train tracks, it was surprisingly quiet. I appreciated the hotel's custom-made maps and local attraction guides, which were very thoughtful and interesting. One minor drawback: there's no bottled water in the room; guests need to get their own water. They do have a public bath facility, perfect for a relaxing soak. Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room spotless.

cleanliness in public bath needs to be improved and  it is small and very crowded - harsh lightings  and doesn't feel premium or therapeutic at all.  feels more like a wet market.

Spotless clean, attention to details, private onsen is perfect for families. Nice view on 8th floor and we enjoyed the lounge!

Love their hotel size, amenities. The onsen, providing Kose sekkisei products for guests, was a bonus! Pola hair products were amazing, too. Laundry self-help room is situated at level 1 which was really thoughtful, and they have free flow sake, soft drinks and small selection of snacks. Another bonus! Location I can see why this new hotel is popular. It is just mins walk to old town and restaurants. Menya Shirakawa a short 5 mins stroll away and also short 3 min walk from Takayama station, if you arrive by train and bus station.
