AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient, right near Alona Beach, so you can just step out and be there. It's also a relatively private hotel. The facilities are great, with two swimming pools and a gym. Other activities need to be booked in advance. It's very close to the airport, and round-trip transfers cost 1600 pesos. Breakfast was quite mediocre, without many options, mostly Filipino dishes. It has a private beach, which is small and not very high quality, mostly rocky, but it's perfect for a relaxing vacation if you're just looking for a quiet place to lie down.

GGuest UserThis hotel's service is the kind that ruins your day. I was asked for my room number three times. The first two times were fine, and the inquiries were at least polite. But once, when my child was playing in the pool, a male attendant came over and very sternly asked for my room number. His look and expression made me feel like he thought I was some outsider trying to sneak into their pool! It was incredibly offensive! To top it off, our child cut their toe in the pool. When I mentioned it to them that evening, there wasn't even a single 'sorry.' I initially thought about sending an email to complain, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this hotel! The food was also bad; even the butter at breakfast was some unfamiliar local Filipino brand.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Bluewater Panglao Resort. It’s a busy, well-run commercial resort with beautiful, new rooms that are spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathrooms are spacious, with both a shower and a bath. The rooms are also impressively soundproof, making it easy to relax. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, setting a great tone for the stay. There are two large, beautiful pools and a private beach. Although the beach is a little rocky, you can spot some small sea life, which is lovely. The breakfast and lunch menus are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional. It’s just a short scooter ride to Alona Beach, yet the hotel itself is peaceful and away from the busy tourist area. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

SSolo traveller stayed in November 2025Nice and clean resort although beach appearance was shocking, full of seaweeds and rubbish ( you could find almost anything at the shore). Hotel definitely needs to invest in some machinery to help clean that situation as doing it manually is almost impossible task to do. Rooms clean with access to balcony and bathroom spacious with bathtub. Outstanding breakfast with lot of choices. Friendly,welcoming and helpful staff,felt really good and at ease. Access to swimming pool and lounge beds,gym, cafe,bar and restaurants on site. Something which is bit unusual to me as checked out 10 days ago and deposit hasn't been released yet apparently it can takes up to 45 days 😳,that is way too long. Resort helps with airport/Hotel transfer.

The staff is well-trained and friendly, providing excellent assistance with excursions and transportation. The food is delicious and affordable. The pool is lovely, but the rooms could use a renovation. Just a few small changes would make this place perfect.

AAria HamabeI highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

We had a quick stay here and overall enjoyed the experience. We arrived right at the 2PM check-in time, though there was a bit of confusion at the front desk. I had previously requested (and was confirmed for) a room in the new building, but the staff mentioned it was tied to a different booking—which I never made and had actually canceled. Unfortunately, rooms in the new building were no longer available. A bit of a mix-up, but not a huge issue since we were only staying overnight and mainly needed a place to rest after a long day on a Countryside Tour.
We were assigned a Deluxe Room in the older building, located on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The stairs weren’t too tiring, so the climb was manageable. Our room was tucked away at the back, which made the hallway a bit dim in the evenings—so make sure to switch the hallway light on. While the room felt a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. As someone who’s very particular, I was impressed—the bed, floors, cabinets, and bathroom were spotless. I even felt comfortable enough to do some light floor workouts in the morning!
Only minor concern would be the lighting inside the room—it was slightly dim for makeup application, but again, not a dealbreaker.
Location: Right on the beachfront, so it’s super convenient to explore Alona Beach. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.
Accessibility: Because it’s beachfront, cars can’t drop you off directly at the entrance. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the nearest drop-off point at Alona, which is manageable unless you’re carrying multiple travel bags like us—then it might feel a bit of a hassle.

JJulianDA lovely relaxed stay. Acacia is in a great location, away from Alona beach but only 10 mins on a bike. The public area has a small pool, and a place to cook, with a fridge. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. I would recommend Acacia highly.

EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.
