Beach Hotels in Panglao Municipality

2nd time in Bohol and glad we picked Amorita! Its the best service and location. Nestled in a cliff in Alona beach, it felt very private & serene. The hospitality was amazing! Very Filipino aesthetic. We ended up staying in the hotel more. The restaurants are also good especially the spanish one where we had the best tapas! Worth every penny.

This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel in the last 2 years. A must visit hotel as we love the close proximity to the beach and we can play in the swimming pool and the field inside the hotel. Kids loves to feed the fishes too. Love the welcome from the concierge as they will give everyone a necklace as a welcome. A must visit destination for all travellers.

The hotel's biggest strength is its location, away from the city's hustle and bustle, with a breathtaking view and a rocky sea perfect for snorkeling. The staff is well-trained and friendly, providing excellent assistance with excursions and transportation. The food is delicious and affordable. The pool is lovely, but the rooms could use a renovation. Just a few small changes would make this place perfect.

This hotel's service is the kind that ruins your day. I was asked for my room number three times. The first two times were fine, and the inquiries were at least polite. But once, when my child was playing in the pool, a male attendant came over and very sternly asked for my room number. His look and expression made me feel like he thought I was some outsider trying to sneak into their pool! It was incredibly offensive! To top it off, our child cut their toe in the pool. When I mentioned it to them that evening, there wasn't even a single 'sorry.' I initially thought about sending an email to complain, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this hotel! The food was also bad; even the butter at breakfast was some unfamiliar local Filipino brand.

Great! It's spacious enough for a family of four. The facilities are a bit old, but the price makes up for it! Excellent value for money! The kids also loved the pool!

A lovely relaxed stay. Acacia is in a great location, away from Alona beach but only 10 mins on a bike. The public area has a small pool, and a place to cook, with a fridge. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. I would recommend Acacia highly.

The room was very well equipped; a large and comfortable bed, a very spacious wardrobe, a safe, a fridge, a TV, a terrace with a table, chairs, and a wooden drying rack, plus air conditioning. The breakfast was good, although there wasn't much variety. I missed having proper coffee from a machine; they only had instant coffee. It's quiet and in a good location, close to Alona beach and restaurants. Very clean. There's a pool with a garden and sun loungers. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

The photos don't reflect what you'll actually get; they must be old. We had an 'enhanced' room, and I dread to imagine what the standard ones are like. The room was tiny, and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to it. You could hear the kitchen working and music from outside. But the biggest issue was the bathroom: it has a window that looks out onto the main corridor. My tall husband confirmed you can see everything if you peek in, especially if the shower curtain isn't fully closed! Plus, the room's 'terrace' also opens into the corridor. On the beach outside, they're building stairs for access, so if you're coming soon, be prepared for construction work. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. We tried to cancel the remaining days, but the hotel wouldn't approve the cancellation.

The hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.
