Beach Hotels in San Juan

Not bad, good

The service is very good. The location is also good. It is economical. There is a very friendly manager. The experience is very good. You can go to many places by walking around. The price is very good. There is no need to stay in a more expensive place. Haha

We were put in a third storey room and there was no elevator. There was no one around to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs. I strained my knee doing it myself. Then I had two days of having to go up and down those stairs every time I wanted to go out. Before my vacation was over, I ended up buying a cane. Not a very good way to start a vacation. The air conditioning in the restaurant was freezing cold. The location being so close to the beach was great. There were some restaurants within walking distance.

The room service is not good, the floor with coffee splash is not cleaned while the bath towels replaced. The laundry is a headache, no coins available and I waited for 40 minutes but the person responsible for the coin exchange is nowhere, and finally the manager  exchanged some coins for me somewhere else. The location is good and easily go to to the old San Juan and airport, many restaurants nearby and gift store options.

The hotel is 13 dollars from the airport by taxi, the price at midnight The hotel facilities are simple and economical, the hot water on the second floor is not hot, which is a problem The breakfast is too simple, which is a problem, only bread, butter, coffee, and some fruits And the sound insulation is not good, it is quite noisy It is a tourist city, people come in and out in the middle of the night The foreigners are free and open, chatting in the middle of the night, and the front desk is still on the phone in the middle of the night The only advantage is that it is a few minutes walk to Conado beach, the sea is very turbulent, many people are sunbathing in bikinis, **, body, surfing, it is said that it was only two days ago There are many food shops and gift shops nearby, There are Chinese, sushi, Puerto Rican food, etc. Another advantage is that the price is economical, score 75 points, how can it be perfect

The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

The experience is average: the room is too small, the corridor is very narrow, there seems to be a fire hazard, but fortunately, it is close to the sea, and there are many food shopping and food shops around, which is more convenient for tourists.
