Beach Hotels in Palm Beach County

All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2. Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

In a place like Palm Beach where every inch of land is valuable, we were lucky to find such a treasure in the center of town. The hotel is located in the center and is a reconstruction of a century-old building. Although the equipment and hardware are outdated, it is everywhere that shows that details determine everything.

After FWC published on their website that the Boca Raton beaches tested positive for red tide I called the hotel and they denied it saying it’s something the media was saying for no reason. My spouse is 8 months pregnant and they said we will be fine and have a great time. We arrived the next morning and when we went to the pool for lunch everyone was coughing, including us. The waiter acknowledged it was bad and recommended we eat inside which we did. Very disappointed the hotel lied to us and made it seem like all was good. We have had to stay indoors the hotel time

We do actually girls long weekend here. Live all the amazing staff! Courteous people who pay attention to details. The food poolside as well as the restaurant we have enjoyed. The partial view room on either side of the hotel has a nice view of the ocean. We can walk along the beach towards the inlet and view the sandbar as well as boats coming in and out of the inlet. We will definitely be back to our little piece of paradise ☀️

The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

Bloodstain on cover. Disgusting. Bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet seat was disguising, not clean enough,water marks and dirt on counter and around shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to use bathroom. I arrived late to hotel, so I had to find a store that had supplies to clean. Pool was nice, location was everything and hotel not that bad just need better cleaning details . I would book again just want to make the blood stain be known.

I took my 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend fir a trip after her graduation! We met my friends who live near the Tideline. I absolutely loved the beach and staying right on the beach. It was breathtaking!!! The service was incredible! I really loved Dean, CJ, and Devon. Everyone was wonderful!!! I would definitely go back again. A week was not long enough for this beach bunny. The hotel was very good, staff was very careful and very cool with me knowing I am a solo traveler. It was super good! My room was large and mostly clean.
