Location was scenic and serene. Rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great, suitable for couples or those with children. There were some issues with queue management for the breakfast over the weekend, but nothing too bad. All in all a great experience

The hotel has complete facilities and a beautiful environment.
The concierge manager Li Hui was warm and thoughtful to help with the luggage and explained all the details of the hotel's recreational facilities. The holiday ambassador was warm and cute and took great photos. A very good stay experience recommended!

We went there on Sunday. We arrived before midnight and were able to check in directly. We were also given an upgraded room type, which was a pleasant surprise.
