As always, I love The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street. The decor is elegant and grand, and the location is central and convenient. Especially noteworthy is the staff's gentle and professional attitude, and their meticulous service! I love how the entire hotel is filled with elegant fresh flowers! I booked the hotel through Ctrip, and I'd like to thank Itziar, Jenna, and Vicky from Guest Relations for their thoughtful service in helping us adjust our room! Satisfied! 👍🏻

I had an event in Beijing during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so I booked a stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street. This was my first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton, and the overall service was excellent. First, I'd like to thank the Guest Relations team for their attentiveness; they proactively informed me about the special hot water supply situation and noted that I wanted to be on the same floor as my friend. My original room type was unavailable, so they upgraded me to a suite and provided a complimentary extra bed. The concierge helped with luggage and sending express packages. I really feel that The Ritz-Carlton has a comprehensive service system. On Mid-Autumn Festival day, the concierge helped me bring my luggage to the room and, upon realizing there were no fresh mooncakes, specifically went to get some for me. Housekeeping also promptly addressed my needs, urgently ironing clothes and returning them promptly, even hanging them up for me, and quickly disposing of my express delivery boxes. The experience was wonderful. Plus, the location is very convenient, with all the places we needed to go being nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

We just had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street. The property itself is gorgeous, but the staff is what really made our trip effortless. A massive thank you to Itziar, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, who was an absolute lifesaver. Traveling in China can sometimes be tricky to navigate with the language barrier, but it was incredibly easy to communicate with her. She stepped in and handled all our logistics seamlessly, taking the stress completely out of the experience. She even went out of her way to arrange a surprise birthday cake and balloons in our room. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that really made my birthday feel special while traveling away from home. The entire team was great—from the smooth check-out to helping with our luggage—but having someone like Itziar there to bridge the gap made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Beijing! Thanks again, Itziar, for everything!

The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was also rich and varied. It's quite convenient to go to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The Guest Relations team provided excellent service; they contacted us in advance to confirm our check-in needs and even prepared a surprise for the kids, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The pool was great, quiet and relaxing. The changing rooms even had a steam room. Every staff member was very warm and attentive. The only downsides were some damp stains on the corners of the room walls, and a noticeable color difference between the duvet cover and pillowcases. The pillowcases were clearly newer, while the duvet cover looked a bit old, which affected the overall aesthetic. However, the pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well at night. Looking forward to improvements!

The room was classic Ritz-Carlton: rich wood furnishings, comfortable armchairs, a proper work desk and plenty of storage space. One feature that stood out was the bathroom. The marble finishes, deep soaking tub, and separate shower area gave it a sense of space that is becoming increasingly rare in city hotels.

The service was incredibly meticulous. I had some special requests, and Isabella at the front desk went above and beyond to help coordinate things multiple times. I was extremely impressed and satisfied – huge thanks to her! My friends were also very happy. Plus, there's a carnival nearby, just about a minute's walk away, perfect for a stroll.

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street, the location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby is spacious with abundant natural light, creating an elegant atmosphere. The rooms overall feel a bit dated, and some facilities show signs of wear. A minor downside was the lack of continuous guidance from arrival to the executive lounge, making the transition feel disjointed. The pool was quite crowded, suggesting it might be open to the public, so privacy was moderate. The food in the executive lounge was decent, with a rich variety that met the needs for light meals and afternoon tea. Service generally maintained the basic standard of a luxury hotel, making it more suitable for business stays. If you have high expectations for pool tranquility and full-process butler service, it’s advisable to adjust your expectations accordingly.

This is my second Ritz-Carlton in Beijing this trip, and I stayed at both for four days each. Naturally, I find myself comparing them. This Ritz is newer, but I liked it a bit less. Firstly, we arrived at 2:15 PM, but they couldn't give us a room. No big deal, I understand the official check-in time is 3 PM. However, what was a bit annoying was being held at the front desk scanning passports and taking a deposit twice. The check-in staff and housekeeping were excellent, my gratitude to them. The breakfasts were slightly less elaborate but overall very good, and the staff were incredibly polite. We were given a room on the 16th floor, which is usually a good thing and comes with an extra charge, but not in this case. The hotel seems to have a minor issue with the air conditioning. We first tried to heat the room, but the heating wasn't working. Then we turned off the air conditioner, but a powerful stream of cold air kept coming through. We only avoided freezing to death by stuffing the vent with a mix of linen and towels. Considering this Ritz is cheaper, all of this is understandable; the price and quality are good. My thanks to the staff for our stay.

I stayed in Beijing for six days, and the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street was my last stop. I must say, your hotel offered the best overall experience among all the places I stayed! From the hotel environment and room conditions to the breakfast quality and swimming pool water quality – especially the wonderful surprise guest relations manager Itziar prepared for my child – we were extremely satisfied. Thank you for your service; I will definitely choose your hotel again next time. Thank you!

As expected from the Ritz-Carlton, my stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel facilities have a vintage feel but are very clean. The service at the Seasons restaurant for breakfast was particularly excellent, especially Archi and Carl who were very friendly. The location is also great, making it super convenient to get to Daxing Airport by subway in less than an hour.

Stayed for 5 days. Aside from the service, which was satisfactory, everything else was pretty average with no particular highlights. The renovation quality can't compare to the Ritz-Carlton I stayed at a few years ago. You still need to take a taxi to get to various attractions. The hotel dining environment isn't great, but there are plenty of dining options nearby.

This is an older hotel, but the service quality is still top-notch. My friend and I had a meeting and didn't have time to check out, so the hotel staff helped us pack our luggage and checked us out. They were very meticulous and organized everything for us. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
