The superior 3 bed room is better than expected. We booked this room because we wanted a hotel with an individual AC unit after learning that most hotels with a central AC would not be turned on till May and we didn’t want to be stuck in a stuffy room. The room is small but still acceptable. It’s not the cleanest room but all the essential areas are all clean. Room service cleans the room and make the bed everyday. Overall, it’s a good value place, especially during this period where they don’t turn on the central AC. Service is good too, when we forgot something in the hotel they still contacted us through trip and let us know what we want to do.

The hotel location is best but room service was awful and they does not clean bathrooms when i requested clean my room for 3 days. And i called front desk they said sorry but did not clean after. And the bathroom is so dirty some of things are broken. It was not worth for what i paid. When i shower water splashes to the outside of the flood and it makes mess. And the room has some type of bugs or mosquitoes or something little. It bites every night.

The hotel itself is locete perfectly in a heart of Beijing near to a metro station. Interior is modern but the cheapest room is terrible. There is, precisely, 0m to stand when you are traveling with more than one person. Our shower looked rather like toilet and sink in one (ALL-IN-ONE) and the bathroom was like 3-4 square metersy. I do not recommend this hotel, and next time we will definietly choose different one.

The location of the hotel is wonderful in one of the hutong around the Archery House and Madame Tussaud. However, the ectricity plugs were not working, and the noise counsellings within the room is worst than a youth hostel. For such price, no breakfast. Plus no coffee or tea bags in the room despite advertised. The smell of cigarettes within the premises of the hotel is disturbing.

The hotel was in a prime location very central to the attractions in Beijing. Staff were friendly but did not know English, so we had to use Google Translate to communicate requests sometimes. Basic amenities provided by request (toothpaste and toothbrush).

Day one: Rude staffs, calling us foolish. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The room was also dirty, and had a foul smell, to which we requested for a new room. Day two: Toilet drain clogged in new room without knowing. Halfway showering, the room flooded with water. Staffs were reluctant to offer us a new room but ended up doing so anyways. Luggage ended up getting wet, no goods were damaged luckily. Honestly, the service is terrible with the rude staffs. Amenities needs to be thoroughly cleaned but the location is perfect if you want to visit Tianamen, Forbidden City and others. Though, the price is alright, I rather live on the streets.

Location very good, nice room. Near to Tian’an men square and also metro station. Around hotel has local food, famous restaurants (michelin guide) and other famous locals restaurants.

First room has strong smoking smell, then change to another room. The second room has food smell.
